UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Northfield

I LOVE Kristen and the work we were able to do in Physical Therapy but the billing woman Gloria is atrocious, difficult to work with at BEST. Kept claiming I wouldn't call or email my doctor myself... When I DID and I did my part of all the work. Emailed them over 3 times! The doctor said he sent the referral! Well she can't call the doctor because that's "not her job". Okay. Will find a totally different PT place even tho I love my current technician... It's not worth bringing y'all the copay. "We improve lives". Yeah RIGHT.

I'm convinced UC health has gotten too big and patient care is not relative because there is always another person waiting. Just showed up for my PT appointment to find out it was canceled. Staff response was basically oh well. If possible go anywhere else.

Terrible! The worst PT experience I’ve ever had. Provider was inappropriate and without knowledge, expertise and patient care. Avoid!!!!
