Everyone is so nice and professional. Easy to talk to and get answers. Dr. Dragoo is quick to help and solve the problem that needs to be addressed. They are good people to work with. It is pretty hard to get appointments close together for PT.

I am impressed by the doctors, practitioners and staff. Across the board I’ve found them to be professional, knowledgeable and not stuffy. I’ve been treated with friendliness, respect and compassion.

The UCHealth rehab facility is the best in the city. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I would give it my highest recommendation.

I had an ankle and knee injury for months that prevented me from running and even walking long distance. Thanks to my great Physical Therapist, Dr. Alice Barnes, I recovered and I can now run again. I'm not an athlete but I can finally put a foot in front of the other without cringing in pain. Not only she knew which exercises would benefit me and she was able to very efficiently reduce the inflammation in my ankle and knee using cups and massages, she also has a very positive attitude. Instead of telling me like other PTs that there was not much that could be done with my aged-related (what I had heard before) injuries, she was very confident that I could run again. That really motivated me to follow her plan and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend her! I also highly recommend this facility. It is great setup with lots of lights, lots of people training and being taken care of all around. It is quite a stimulating environment! They take great care of professional athletes but they also take great care of regular people like me.

Currently doing PT here post achilles surgery. It's been a seemless process with their Uchealth connections app where the surgeon and pt can update information on the same platform. So far, it's been a nice experience.

This place is horrible. They told me they accepted my insurance, when in fact they don't have a single therapist covered by my insurance. Yes I should have checked, but I was post emergent surgery and therefore trusted them. They then illegally balance billed me, but because they didn't bill me for 11 months it was too late for me to dispute anything with my insurance or the state. I paid several hundred dollars for what should have been $70 in coinsurance.
