UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Interquest

This PT office is outstanding and sets the bar for care after a serious physical injury. The staff are kind, welcoming and engaged. They took the time to understand my injury and helped me return to normal life. A special thank you to Courtney who quite literally spent countless weeks getting me back on my feet.

I had Kent as my physical therapist and he was a life saver. Gave me exercises to strengthen my rotator cuff after a bad car accident that hopefully saves me from surgery. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend him!

Great PT clinic, except for one problem. First, I have to say that the physical therapy staff are fantastic. I have no complaints about any of my visits with them. Last, for the most part, the people at the check-in counter (two women, one man) are very good. The two women are often talking together and you stand there and wait. Today was the worst! I come into the office and stand in the middle where both of them can see me. The one on the right was "helping" a lady who is going on about her car being stolen. The woman in the middle is so focused on the ladies words that she is totally oblivious to me standing there, for a couple minutes, about five feet back, directly in front of her. I was trying to be polite until called up. After at least two minutes, I just turned and walked to a chair. She THEN says, "Do you need to check in, sir?" I said yes and gave her my name. Not FIVE SECONDS later, she says I'm all checked in. For God sakes, I'm there for physical therapy for a compound fracture in my back! They should not ignore patients! Other than today (along with a couple other days I've seen/been there when they just made people wait) I would highly recommend the Physical Therapists in this clinic.

I came today for a loved one’s moral support and was blown away. The facility was very clean and accessible. Best of all, Andy and Lance provided great service and made my loved one feel comfortable during a scary time. I would highly recommend this clinic!
