If you are trying to make an appointment for pelvic floor physical therapy, I just want to stop you here. There is already a waitlist of 200 people waiting for care. After waiting for 3 months to get in I was scheduled for four sessions ( two of which were cancelled )and when I tried to schedule out the recommended 10 to 15 sessions, I was told that my physical therapist was booked for another 2 months solid and I wouldn't be able to get in until then. Now anyone who does physical therapy knows that to really feel the effects of the physical therapy, you have to go consistently and do your exercises throughout the week. So I would post the question to this department how they expect to be giving new and existing patients thorough care if they are only opening up the books for three appointments at a time??? They are understaffed and trying to accommodate but it is disorganized. I had my last appointment canceled without being contacted. I was surprised because I have had excellent customer service in the past with UC Health, but this particular department seems like it's always behind and probably needs some extra support getting their schedules together.

I was setup for PT finally, after being waitlisted. None of the sessions are scheduled in advanced FYI, so you may have a significant gap between sessions. Your basically paying to do PT at home anyway, so why not just print the literature and do the exercises on your own? Aside from this the time I went the guy was nice enough but either distracted or unaware that he just left me and told me to do leg lifts and came back 8 minutes later. No reps of 10 then break or anything like that. So I just did them as best I could for that long duration then he came back gave me the papers to do PT at home. My leg hurt so bad for 3 days after, I couldn’t even move it to walk. They called to schedule my next session a few weeks later and I said “why?” what’s the point of going besides to just pay you to hurt me and make me do all the work At home anyway. So get me off your ridiculous waitlist!

Thanks to my surgery by doctor Michael Vardahl and the physical therapy from the staff, im walking again after years of pain and not able to walk from a military service after fighting for disability for over 19 yrs, I saved up money and through the insurance from working at Liberty oilfield services I am now walking the best I have in over 20 yrs. Im so greatful. Every day even 4 yrs later im still walking stronger than ever with little difficulty. So greatful, thank you all and your staff.

The care my mother n law recieved was great. John was very patient with her. My issue is the front desk ...EVERY time we have checked in we were treated as if we were bothering them ...no acknowledgment that we were standing in front of them ... The girls had to finish conversation with each other or a phone call which was obviously not a client on other end. Not very professional at all.

Rebecca is an amazing PT and person. She was on top of my lymphedema. And made sure that I got the help that I needed to continue on by myself. I highly recommend Rebecca! Suzanne Stanley

A bad joke. They haven't even attempted to call me, then send me a letter that I can't contest or respond to which lies and states they have attempted to call me several times, yet my call logs and voicemail don't show any calls regarding PT for my spine. This is slander.

I got a referral for a physical therapy at this place and have been told multiple they will call me. So almost a week went by and nobody called. So I called them and have been told they wouldn't have called me since they don't have appointments the rest of the year. It's very bad to not let patients know so they can find a different physical therapy office
