UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Eastview

Jody was so helpful in my recovery after surgery in my right hand. She was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. She gave me exercises to do in therapy and at home to get me back to being able to use my right hand with confidence. I also seen Heidi and Melanie. They both were so helpful too. Even the front desk ladies were kind and helpful each time I came. Thankyou so much Jody and all of your staff for their outstanding care! Good job!!

Shoutout to Judy, who scheduled my appointment for certified hand therapy and "flipped" the order so it went to UC Health instead of the initial ortho rehab center. Judy checked four locations to find me the first available appointment.

About 2 months ago I was referred here by my primary care doctor for an ongoing issue with my wrist. I was told they were going to see if they could make me a personalized wrist brace. Assuming that when I went here the brace that I would be fitted for was going to be good enough to replace my $15 dollar brace from Walgreens, I moved forward and booked the appointment. Upon seeing the therapist, she just went ahead and fitted me for the brace not giving much information about it. She never told me I would be paying out of pocket or that my insurance didn't cover the brace. She proceeded to heat a cheap piece of plastic with a hair dryer and wrap it around my arm. She then attached some Velcro with double sided tape and a small piece of gelatin for "comfort" and piece together one of the cheapest, most fragile "medical devices" I have ever seen, from all of the materials which could be bought at your local hobby lobby. Two weeks later I received a bill for $697.26 of that $353.61 on top of a $25 co pay I was personally responsible for. I wouldn't have taken this brace for free never mind for the price they charged me. Over the past few months I have repeatedly tried to dispute this charge, as the brace for the short amount of time I wore it (before it fell apart) made my wrist worse. I've been told by a handful of representatives from UC health that because the brace is a "personalized medical device", I am not able to return it nor dispute the charges. It is an absolutely disgusting practice and a complete injustice to leave no options for the patient to dispute the poor care and despicable charges simply because it was created in the office. I will be reporting this business to the FDA based on the fact that medical devices are required by the FDA to meet strict quality standards. This device is clearly not made from medical grade materials nor would it hold up in any test performed by the FDA to ensure patients are receiving effective, quality devices. See pictures for reference. I am determined to make sure future patients do not have to go through the nightmare I've been through and to hold this facility accountable for their actions.

Jim Beldzik is the best physical therapist I have ever met. He is an expert at his evaluations and really takes his time with new patients to make sure they understand what’s going and can follow the treatment plan . He is so kind and caring and really values his patients and it shows. I cannot speak highly enough of Jim! He got me through some really hard times in my life over the last year , and was always so positive and encouraging.

I have been so pleased with the communication and service I receive here. Melissa at the front desk helped me with my insurance and called them herself for me when I couldn’t get answers about whether the clinic was covered by my benefits. Jacques made me feel super comfortable and took time to explain everything while doing dry needling on me after suffering from miserable headaches and neck pain. Everything seems super clean and well organized. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment here. Everyone has been awesome to work with.

Been a patient for years and has gotten me no where! Years and years of injections and nerve burning. No pain relief and no answers. Finally was sent to a good surgeon and am finally getting answers that should have been told to me from the beginning. But why fix the problem when you can keep making money on me by doing injections over and over! Sonia is very sweet and the receptionist staff are rude as can be. Every once in a while there’s a nice person but for the most part they are rude! Glad to never have to see this place again!

I am not impressed with this location at all, not deserving of one star but a zero yes, because if you go here that is what you will receive from the front desk and the therapist. On my 1st visit, I received an assessment by Jacques, which I felt went well. I was hoping that on my 2nd visit even though is was with a different therapist, I would receive some type of relief or plan of action preferably both, no did not happen. The 3rd visit was with Kent who I feel has no empathy at all, however he is good at doing a lot of talking about nothing. I did not like how he spoke down to me and made me feel as though my pain was all in my head. Kent basically stated that it would be up to me if I wanted to continue with my last two visits or cancel, of course they were canceled. I was very alarmed and offended by Kent"s bedside manners and un-professionalism. I am still in a extreme amount of pain but will never return to this location. I have reached out to Melissa who is the manager of this location whom I have yet been able to express my disappointment. I have insurance, who will also me contacted to express my unsatisfactory experience. Maybe in school Kent missed the class on people skills.

After my initial surgery, my doctor referred me to this location and my OT Heidi. After about 5 sessions I have greater mobility in my left hand (suffering from a GSW) and less pain in the surrounding joints. Being a social creature, I've enjoyed conversing with that staff. They are open to all information, providing guidance on excersices, stretching and diet tips that help optimize my recovery time. 11/10 would shoot myself again to revisit this location.
