UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Castle Rock

I had my doctor send over multiple referrals to UC health Pt clinic. I called a couple of times and each time they told me they hadn't received the referral. So after a couple weeks of back and forth I printed out a physical copy of the referral and brought it into the office. They wouldn't allow me to schedule an appointment when I dropped off the form, but they assured me that they would give me a call the next business day and get me scheduled. They never called. I am very unimpressed, and this has set me back in my treatment plan. I've scheduled an appointment with a different clinic since this once doesn't seem to be organized.

Helen, PT/OT hand specialist is truly awesome. Knowledgeable , helpful, answered all questions and made me a custom splint for my finger to get me on the road to recovery. Also Dr Leversedge and team very awesome and helpful as well!!!!
