UCHealth Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Clinic - Boulder

Mario is the most amazing Physical Therapist!! He does a variety of treatments to help my plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend him and this facility. The front staff are super professional and friendly.

Christine Kittles was great to work with! Really knowledgable (can't say the same for other PT staff I've seen there, which is why she's booked so far out), encouraging, actually listens/adjusts treatment as needed, and identifies/builds on clients' strengths, not just weaknesses. Be prepared to work hard. Love the pilates reformer! (Even though it got moved to a weird place with too bright of lights directly above your face.) I wish insurance would cover more visits and that she was outside the UC Health system (I've lost all trust in them, generally).

I’m contacting DORA after my unpleasant experiences with the reception staff and their refusal to transfer my care or provide me information about another clinic nearby my new location. When I asked to speak to a manager, they gave me another receptionist and the woman kept talking over me and refusing to tell me what I needed to amend my referral since I’m a post-op orthopedic patient and my current referral is incorrect. Never heard of this happening ever and I’ve decided to skip patient advocates and file straight with DORA, as it’s obviously disability discrimination and patient advocates never pick up their phone. I can’t imagine what others worse off experience there. Very unprofessional, rude, and gross mannerisms by their staff.

The location is convenient if you live in Boulder. I live in Denver but it was easy to find the facility. The PT person treating my Lymphedema was fabulous and I mean it

This was my first time going to PT, and it has been a great experience! I worked with Christine on two areas of chronic pain. After 6 weeks of working with her, I feel stronger and more knowledgeable about the source of my pain and what I can do to keep from experiencing those problems again. She made me work hard, and was so encouraging. I appreciate the time she took to explain what was going on and what I can do to help fix things. It was a great experience, and I'm a little sad it's over! :) My visits have been during the pandemic, and the staff seem to work very hard to make sure it's a safe and clean environment for everyone. So much appreciation goes out to them for their dedication!

A terrific staff of experienced PTs. Tennyson has helped me recover from frozen shoulder. I continue going to UCH PT for small group classes. Highly recommend!
