I cannot speak to the mind institute as a whole, but only camp MIND. my 8yr old with ASD was enrolled in camp, however he wasn't able to complete it. We had to take him home before the first hour ended on day 1. I don't fault the camp for this it happens. But I contacted them asking for a partial refund of the $200 dollars I had payed to put towards something more suited for my son and was told no. When I asked about why nothing I had signed stated this, I was told to wait 1-2 weeks while the refund policy was looked over. I contacted them after two weeks and silence: I have now written two emails since and no response. The cost was $200 for 4 days. My son was there for 1hr. I'm blown away by the unprofessionalism of such a well known organization.

I have been going to Physical and Occasional Therapies at this Point West facility since it first opened a few years ago. The Therapist's and Front Office Staff are all friendly and compassionate people. I have had quite a few post-op hand therapy, post-accident neck and shoulder therapy, low back therapy and even ankle therapy. I have come out of each of them with great results! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars ✨ is because it is often difficult to get follow up visits scheduled in a timely manner.

Scheduling was easy and the waitlist was quick all things considered. Great communication, thorough observations and assessments, as well as competent and caring staff who were sure answer my questions every step of the way.

Good. I am looking forward to their assistance to a positive resolution regarding my complex situation. Well equipped-lots of up-to-date equipment & I believe a pool is accessible (Aquatic PT).

Extremely unprofessional!! they continue canceling a very important appointment for my daughter, I now have waited 8 months only to receive a phone call saying that they have to reschedule for another 5 months, is this a Joke!!

Our son just finished the second part of the autism study. He started when he was 2 and we had the pleasure of returning for the middle years. I will just say that everyone who works here and volunteers are amazing, kind, educated individuals. A lot of time, effort, and money goes into ensuring we are comfortable. The information we have received has been life changing. Our son loved his time visiting and working with everyone. So grateful and honored to be able to work towards more understanding of autism. I highly recommend this place! Keep up the good work and great research.

Although it was quite a bit of a wait for an appointment the staff was very friendly and it’s a fairly large place . Comforting areas for the kids glad to have been able to get in

I went there after genetic testing showed that I had NF1 ( Neurofibromatosis 1). I was so relieved to have a diagnosis to a lifetime of health problems, which was finally explained. The Doctor immediately told me that I don't have any symptoms without even looking at my chart. Then she couldn't get me out of the office fast enough. I'm so disappointed with the treatment I received. I am 48, and need help. I can only say for those planning on going to this place is to be very careful. And be weary of any Doctor that doesn't have the time to review your case history.
