I had carpal tunnel issue to my right hand. Dr Bannon suggestions helped me resolving issues. Dr Chris thereby suggestions helped me reducing the pain. Overall good service except call center issues. They won’t receive calls properly and transfer the calls to right team and concern Dr assistants are not receiving calls and not calling back

Dr. Brannan is amazing. Amazing communication and surgical skill. This clinic sets the standard for customer service and communication. If you have orthopedic needs in Northwest Arkansas this is the clinic to go to.

I’ve seen Dr CarlLee for a 2nd opinion and he did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the nature of the problem I was having and in addition answered all my questions ,not rushing though it like the Doctor I have seen before him! I’m so glad we have such a knowledgeable and great Orthopedic Surgeon in NWA ! Highly recommend!

My son had a boating accident and the staff at this location went above and beyond to quickly make sure we were well-cared for. The surgeon was caring and attentive to every need and concern. They explained every step of the process to ensure we had proper expectations from the very beginning. His staff responded quickly and with great care. There wasn’t a single interaction that was less than top-notch. We couldn’t be more thankful.

Dr. Songy spent over an hour answering every question, concern and possible intervention on my first visit. Time and information are extremely valuable (and rare) commodities. Why "shop" for a specialist when this Physician DELIVERS!!!
