Started seeing Dr Nance a few times and felt every single appointment with her was a waste of time and it was. Got the same tests done under her, had findings that are clearly not normal and clearly the reason for my every day pain but nothing was ever enough for her to truly care and show some compassion and like she wants to help. Based on some findings, a condition that was documented, could potentially cause me paralysis over time if not treated. But again she didn’t think the findings were a big deal which is very very unfortunate and extremely disrespectful. You would think as a doctor, you’d care about your patients a bit more, and not want them to get worse. I feel the only way to get help from Dr Nance is if I’m bleeding out or losing a limb. She recommended useless treatments that I’ve already been through and made her aware of but still looked at me like a deer in headlights, she never knew what she was doing, never had an answer to my questions. Her staff didn’t seem like much help either and weren’t really the friendliest as well. No clue why I was sent to her. Will never go back to her again.

One star because the doctor was ok but I broke my knee and PT was suppose to order me a special knee brace got a call to make sure I was ok with the price I said yes went in to PT to get my size told I had to wait a week for it to come in called and was told it wasn’t ready yet keep in mind I’m having to hop around because I can’t put no weight on my leg 2 weeks go by call back to find out what’s going on was told they will call me back next day get a call asking me again if I was ok with the price hung up the phone thought about why are they asking me that question again so I called back to find out they never ordered the brace for me and the most messed up part I was in so much pain no one would help me with the pain and come to find out the doctor said it’s now to late to have it so I spent a month hoping around then I finally was apply to walk with a walker they did nothing to help me with the pain now I suffer with a knee that gives out on me but i will not return to this place again I will go somewhere else!

Went to find out what is going on with my back. Sent to see a physical therapist. Saw physical therapist and got some exercises. This place is staffed by the best of the best. For back issues these are some of the best physicians you could work with. Just started physical therapy. So far so good. Highly recommend this place.

Right now I'm still kind of skeptical if they can help me or not. I'm doing everything I can that they advise to help me feel better as best as possible, but so far it's just been physical therapy and wrist guards. They have only helped make my movement a bit easier the pain is still severely there. At least they are taking my concerns seriously and not overreacting that I need all of my joints looked at slowly. I have been severely abused over the years and I have no idea if anything properly healed up like it should have. And this was way before I even got Medicaid. So I thank them for even being willing to listen to me. I'm not defending doctors in the past but sometimes we got to trust our doctors a little and give them a chance to do the right things.

If there where negative stars to give this place they would receive all of them due to lack of professional and common courtesy I would not recommend u go here they are inconsiderate and unprofessional and Dr rabinowits is the worst he does not listen to you or acknowledge what u have to say and his nurse is unprofessional and does not know how to speak to people she is pushy and disrespectful and another thing if u wish to speak to them u have to wait for two days to not hear a word about your diagnosis or u have to drive 30 miles there or longer to find out they have asked for the wrong mri scans so u have to cancel other plans or appointments for there screw ups I have had better service from ar care Conway then a so called leading specialist

Giant waste of time. UAMS hospital did CT scan 3 days prior to my appointment and found 2 bulging disks. This clinic wanted to do a XRAY just to tell me that my spine looked fine. An XRAY will tell less about disk problems than the CT Scan. They just wanted to do something that they could bill me for, Even if it told them nothing. I left. They said they wouldn't charge me for the visit, but of course they did anyway.

Dr.Overly After reading some posts,I must implore people do not confuse confidence,medical knowhow with arrogance! Doctors are not there to entertain you.SURGEONS especially dr.Overely was professional,highly capeable,and yes kind.I am a 58 yr. Old female who underwent a delicate neck fusion,never had one issue,all tfusion.Never had one problem,thanks to this amazing doctor

Dr. Rabinowitz has been an absolute God send. My husband had intense injuries and this Dr has gone above and beyond to help him. I could not be more pleased. The staff has also been equally as great!
