The lady at the front desk was SUPER sweet! The guy that checked me into the hand therapy place was even sweet! The lady who checked me out was subpar. The doctor, nurse and tech were all sweet and helpful! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor and 45 minutes to see the hand people. And both times, people who came in way after me went in way before me! Other than that, very nice staff!

I am most grateful for UAMS Ortho on Autumn Dr. Very attentive great Customer Service. And, my X-Ray Expert Carolyn fantastic and a great prop to help me down out of the x-ray booth! Thank you all again. For making us feel welcomed. I am preparing for hip replacement and I see I am in GREAT HANDS!!

Recently had my second surgery with Dr. Bracey and I can't say enough good things about his care and the kindness of every single member of staff at the Autumn Road office. When you're going through health stuff, the attitude of your care team means everything. Thanks Y'all!

MONEY GRAB. If you want good quality of care I would not recommend this facility. Here's why. The front desk people are unprofessional and discuss personal issues in front of patients. The front desk people are also hard to understand at times, have a lazy disposition and a couple of them talk like they have marbles in their mouths. Everyone there seem unhappy and high stress which result in poor quality of care. This is likely due to the UAMS aggressive style of overbooking patients. Dr. Tait is unfeeling and is all about seeing as many patients as possible while sacrificing communication and quality. Someone has to pay for all those fancy dwellings they are building in mid-town. There are much better options out there.

I have to say that on my first visit I recognized an office that was efficient and caring. Every person I encountered, from the receptionist to the nurse, rad tech and doctor, were all so nice and thorough. I was seen in an efficient manner but also with all explanation of my diagnosis and questions answered. Dr. Wyrick will definitely get my recommendation to family and friends. I will return here whenever I need to and feel as welcome as the first visit, I'm sure.

After filling out all of the pre registration information online with UAMS including the pain diagram the front desk insisted we do it again. After getting to an exam room, we were told the online information did indeed show and the front desk paperwork redundancy was not necessary, seems like a training issue. Other than that, the nurses, tech, staff, and physician were fantastic.

I had total right knee replacement 1 week ago. My surgery was performed by Dr C Lowery Barnes, in my opinion the very Best gifted surgeon on this planet. I started Rehabilitation on my knee immediately with the Amazing Amanda at Autumn Road orthopedics. I never dreamed that in 1 week I would be able to do the things I’m able to do. I could not be more pleased or feel more blessed than I do with the care and attention I have received from Dr. Barnes, his staff and Amanda and the staff at Autumn Road. Thank You so much....Kathy Carter

Terribly ran clinic. After 2 visits I’ve seen enough and I never even got to see Dr Bumpass. From scheduling to billing this clinic is horrible! On my first visit an MRI was scheduled by an APN without ever seeing a physician. In addition, I was given zero help to figure out how much it would cost beforehand. I was simply told to contact my insurance with no additional info or CPT codes. On my second visit post MRI, the clinic was wildly overbooked. I waited an hour and was told there were four more people ahead of me. No way, especially after getting there 30 minutes early as directed. I’ve been to Ortho Arkansas and never had these issues, but my doctor moved so I thought I would try this clinic out at my family doctor’s suggestion. I will be going back to Ortho Arkansas.
