Tygart Valley Total Care Clinic

I scheduled an appointment for Friday 10:00 (today) a week and a half ago. Confirmed it on phone last Friday. Showed up at 09:45 today and was told my appointment was at 09:00. Their system says it was confirmed on Monday. Nobody called and no email. They lie. No availability to reschedule for today. Don't trust Grafton hospital.

Receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. Came to be seen since my son and I are sick, was told a rapid covid test would be wasted on me, even though in order to be seen I was told one was required. I was made to feel like and inconvenience not a deserving patient I will not be back.
