Two Trees Physical Therapy

This is my first time ever having physical therapy. I have just completed 3 weeks and I am totally pleased! Not only has my range of motion improved on my arm, I leave Two Trees feeling physically better and very motivated. Everyone I have interacted with, from the front desk, the PT instructors, their assistants, have all been knowledgeable, caring and patient. I would say they are doing an excellent job!

Very nice therapist Elizabeth. i really like her. My partner has identical insurance, same doctor. I am charged a co pay And my partner is not. Why is this? Discrimination by receptionist?

Been coming in whenever I needed to for years and everyone is always kind and supportive and professional and always have a positive energy when I come in. Thankful for all that you do

I've been to this facility on multiple occasions for different reasons. I seem to get discouraged each time. I feel the care for me was just not there. The staff is friendly, but I can't seem to get one therapist who actually knows what they are doing and be more personable with explaining the does and don'ts. I get jumped around therapist for availability and communication gets lost. I envy those that have a PT who sticks with them for the entire session vs. Me who is given a task without supervision or concerns about what is causing the issue to make necessary corrections to avoid future injuries. I miss my prior PT I had at another facility, she figured out the cause and made necessary changes and the problem was fixed.

Very friendly, clean and cool. Staff is very sweet. Always greets you by name.

The staff is very pleasant, helpful and work with scheduling, The Therapist are superb! They are very informative, and work with you patiently

I really look forward to coming here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I always leave feeling better.
