Her knowledge and experience were invaluable in giving me a structured recovery from an injury that occurred in December 2023. I started at Twin Lakes after having hand surgery. I was very impressed the professional atmosphere. Each person I came in contact with could not have been more professional. Connie was my therapist and always ran on time. She established goals for me to achieve and I was able to exceed each of them with her help. She was sensitive to my growth. When she felt I had pushed a little too hard she had me back off. When I needed to push a little more she let me know in a very nurturing way. I will need surgery on my other hand in the future. I can’t say I’m looking forward to it, but knowing I will be able to access Twin Lakes and work with Connie lessens the burden of having the surgery.

I have been coming to Twin Lakes over a 20 year period for help with different situations. They have helped me with 3 knee replacements, broken finger, spine situations, and neck problems to name a few. Twin Lakes is a very caring environment that helps you become stronger at some of the lowest points in your life. The atmosphere is low keyed while bringing out the best in you as a patient. The staff at Twin Lakes is nothing short of exceptional. I was fortunate to have Laynie and Jill as my two physical therapists after knee replacement surgery. Both women were gentle and patient but also very firm in terms of encouraging me to be proactive in my recovery. I always felt listened to and all my questions and concerns were met with thorough knowledge and compassion. The facilities are well maintained and consistently cleaned throughout the day. It's very clear that everyone who works at TL cares deeply about their patients and I give them my highest recommendation.

Staff here is very friendly and all are very knowledgeable. Chris Hobbs was very knowledgeable answering all my questions, and he explained everything to me in terms I could understand. My pain is less now than what it was when I started I would recommend Twin Lakes to anyone.
