Dr Franklin did a surgery on my hip which happened to be an unusual injury. The healing time was suppose to be quite long but I was back to work in just 3 weeks. Amazing job. Thank you so much for getting me back to my normal active life!!! I am very grateful!

The front desk staff was wonderful , super sweet ladies. However the xray tech wasn't very friendly and Mcconnell was apparently in a rush ... and recommended pt first thing.. super irritating 😒

I saw Dr Franklin for severe knee pain in both knees… after x-rays, he explained the problem I had very throughly, that I could understand. He is very down to the point, doesn’t beat around the bush, very intelligent and knows what he’s doing !! I would definitely recommend him to anyone… very caring doctor !!!❤️

We came here because my 2 year old broke her clavicle. The front office was super nice and put my daughter at ease. The doctor also had fantastic bedside manner and explained everything clearly and concisely, and helped me be at ease as well. While i hope not to not.have to go back anytime soon, if i did I'd want it to be here.

Highly recommend Dr. Rauls. Very professional and excellent staff. Has done a knee surgery and two shoulder surgery on me with excellent results and has always taken very good care of me after my surgeries. Very informative about the procedures and options. Probably the best doctor I've ever dealt with.

Dr. Franklin and his staff at Knox are amazing! I had a shoulder injury that caused severe pain, but Dr. Franklin was very attentive and listened to my complaints. He was very thorough with his evaluation and recommended multiple non-surgical interventions initially, but ultimately suggested surgery after trying all other options. My surgery went great and I'm no longer in pain after a quick recovery! I always felt like I was being heard and respected, I would definitely recommend Dr. Franklin and Knox Orthopedics. I never experienced any long wait times and the whole staff was great!

I and my son have been treated by Dr.'s Knox, McConnell and Franklin on multiple occasions. We would highly recommend all of them. We are an active family and certainly do our part in keeping these guys busy. They have always been very kind, professional and have made an appropriate diagnosis. They have always offered conservative treatment options first & have followed up with additional treatments when necessary. I have had arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgeries & have had excellent outcomes from both. My son and I have also been treated for other minor orthopedic injuries on 3 other occasions. Every time, we have had an excellent experience.

Dr Franklin is very professional, and also agreeably personable, which is a huge plus in my opinion. Dr Franklin quickly and accurately diagnosed my condition and suggested surgery. I was pleased because I had previously received care in my former state of residence and had exhausted all other approaches to help to alleviate my condition.
