Twin Lakes Chiropractic Clinic

This has been a long time coming. I've been going here for about a year or so. The adjustments have majorly helped me but the office is run horribly. I'm not sure who is in charge of how the scheduling is done, but things need changed! Today was my last straw. After being told they're backed up repeatedly due to new patients and not taking into account how long those appointments take, and pushing everyone else that's scheduled who arrive on time; out about an hour or so. It's very frustrating! I'll be looking elsewhere for continued care where my time is as valuable as theirs.

When it comes to the treatment no complaints. I will not go back. I'll just state the facts and not give an opinion I'll let you decide what you think. My out of pocket max has been met. My specialist co pay was $40.00. I found out after treatment that they were charging me $90.00 out of pocket for the treatment. I didn't owe anything out of pocket had been met. I questioned Hazell told her I shouldn't owe anything. She said she would look into it. Second visit I was told that it came back I owed $90.00 and was asked to pay. Hazel assured me my insurance said I owed that. I went home pulled up my insurance site it showed the first visit was paid in full. I called she again said I owed that amount for each visit. I asked for a number to text her my screen shot of my insurance report for my visit. She said I was wondering why you owed $90.00 out of pocket when we only charge $80.00. you can form your own opinion about what you think .

This review is for Mountain Home Beauty and Bodyworks which is located in Twin Lakes Chiropractic Clinic. Omgosh. Where do I start? Jennifer James is awesome at what she does! She worked me into her schedule for a same day appointment. Which I was grateful for. I felt so comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. Completed the paperwork quickly and if I'm not mistaken it can also be done online - not sure about this but I think. And then the relaxation started. Very comfortable and relaxing surroundings. The massage table itself was so comfortable. I requested the 90 minute CBD massage and it was very affordable. And enjoyed every single minute of it. I am accustom to massages - have had good and have had bad. This is one of the best I've ever experienced. Jennifer is accommodating knowledgeable experienced and thorough. Just in general knows her area of expertise very well! I would recommend her to anyone who needs this service. I'm sitting at home now so relaxed - I couldn't be happier!

This place took an hour to see us. If we had shown up an hour late they wld have charged us. We showed up 20 mins early to fill out respective paperwork and they made us wait an hour to be seen. Get your ish together. If u schedule us for an appointment at 10am don't make us wait until 11am to be seen.

Ive been to several chiropractors, but Never been treated so well. Dr Mark is compassionate and asked questions my medical doctors never ask. He's extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
