Caroline is so fantastic. She is an excellent therapist and made me feel so comfortable throughout my sessions. She provide me with easy exercises to complete at home which made a world of difference and helped to speed up my recovery. She is extremely thoughtful and provides a comfortable and safe environment both physically and emotionally while working through each appointment

The entire team here is the best! They provide a friendly and fun atmosphere while prioritizing patient care. I’m currently working with Sandy to rehab after surgery and having great results. I’ve seen Sandy for post- surgical and maintenance needs numerous times over the past 10 years and have always had a positive patient experience- she's awesome- and I've also worked with Caroline who is great too! I highly recommend Strulowitz & Gargiulo's Twin Boro location. The space is relaxing and calm. The therapists and their assistants are attentive and show great respect to their patients. After five weeks of therapy with Caroline, my pain has lifted, and I am much more flexible. She taught me exercises to strengthen my back and core and has the sensitive hands of an artisan when it comes to working out those knots. The front desk staff is warm and friendly and works with your schedule. All five-star professionals. If you need physical therapy, this is the No. 1 place to go in Hudson. They are FABULOUS.

I’m a 59 year old women who unfortunately developed frozen shoulder in both shoulders. Surgery was needed for my left shoulder which I had in The Hospital For Special Surgery. My right shoulder started soon after my left but luckily was able to be treated with PT as was my left after surgery. This was my first time receiving PT and I’m happy to say it was a positive experience. I attribute it completely to the amazing care I received from Sandy. The last year plus have been the most challenging time for me health wise. It took a while to figure out my condition as it was complicated due to hyperparathyroidism. From the start straight through the entire 11 months I never doubted Sandy’s treatment. Throughout my PT I felt with her I was going to get my mobility back and I did. Sandy’s impressive knowledge, patience’s and kindness is very much appreciated by me and my family.

I highly recommend Twin Boro for your physical therapy needs. The entire staff here works as part of your team, from the helpful administrative staff to the therapists. You can tell that the staff in this office cares about your recovery and how you feel. They are skilled and knowledgeable. Caroline was my therapist. She acts as your experienced partner in rehab and guides you through recovery so that you can return to the lifestyle activities you had before your injury. Caroline is intelligent and empathetic and provides personal attention. She constantly touches base and checks up on you, always observing how you're progressing to ensure that you are optimally working on your exercises and using good form. Caroline also adjusts the pace so that you are challenged, but not struggling. I am delighted with the results, and Twin Boro will be my go-to spot for PT if the need ever arises again.
