Dr. Loftin and his staff have gone far and above taking care of me. Thankful the Lord sent me to them! My diagnosis has turned out not well for me. But they have gone far and above to help me. This was my first visit and my appt was at 9:15am. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait for an hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor without any explanation. Once I saw the doctor, he took his time to understand my issues and explain what procedures needed to be done.

Very friendly staff. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule my appointment. My 3 year old also goes there and the doctor and nurses are great with him as well. He gets a lollypop every time he has an appointment.

I’ve been taking my son to Dr. Rosenstiel, and we’ve had a great experience. I appreciate the fact that the time spent waiting is always very minimal (this has been consistently the case throughout our visits). The staff is warm and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about Tuscaloosa ENT!! Highly recommend.

I loved my visit with Dr. Loftin and his staff! He was very thorough with his exams as well as his explanation of his plan for me! I’m so excited to work with him and get some relief!!

I was seen timely for my appointment. The referring Dr/clinic did not provide the history of my problem which caused my wait to be longer. After this was obtained everything went smoothly. Dr Loftin was very easy to talk to and answer questions.
