Tucson Orthopaedic Institute - Rincon Office

I've been to physical therapy places before but I've never experienced one where I thought I wasn't being helped. I don't think my TOI therapist remembered what my injury was as he refuted what the Orthopedist had in my record (if s(he) read it). TOI would have me do a couple exercises and then place a cold pack on my shoulder. Never any hands on therapy. I switched to another PE business and it was like night and day! Day one I was evaluated (unlike TOI which never evaluated me) and given a treatment plan. Each time I attend the new PE besides exercises they also give me hands on massage and stretching. I'm NEVER going back to TOI!

My husband had an excellent experience with Tucson Orthopedic. Dr. Goodman and his staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Their office processes were efficient and patient portal was user friendly. I would encourage anyone with orthopedic medical concerns to consider utilizing Dr. Goodman/Tucson Orthopaedic.

I am so pleased that they have an office in this area. I have to travel from Benson ( 30 miles one way) so this is a lot more convenient. Great office.

Front desk staff is absolutely terrible. Due to not being checked in properly, my son had to wait over an hour to be seen. Provider and back of office staff are excellent but the receptionist needs to be replaced immediately!

I met with Dr. Gens Goodman, who was very professional and personable. Everything about the appointment was efficient. I would recommend.TMC Rincon highly.

Prompt check in, x-rays taken all in the same convenient location and sent to doctor very quickly. Dr. Hua is friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure she answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I especially appreciated how she showed me the x-rays and pointed to the problem area. She provided several recommendations to help me. Overall this was one of the most pleasant doctor visits I have ever had!
