This is the best physical therapy office I have ever been to. The therapists and staff are extremely knowledgeable and work to teach you the exercises you need to get the most benefit for a better quality of life. A special thanks to James Fowlkes.

Kristen Smith is a professional and skillful physical therapist. She took the time to fully understand my situation and needs. She doesn't see problems, only solutions. The front area staff s fun and courteous and work hard. They always helped me with scheduling. They are always ahead of the game. Thank you TOI-PT.

Such great PTs & staff! Can't recommend them enough. Had total shoulder replacement (my second one) and spent 10 weeks of twice weekly getting my mobility & strength back. Great equipment & gotta love the "fancy ice" machine. Grateful for the care & attention to my recovery!

After having some time to digest my experience. This place is a 3 star. The doctor is great. The back area staff are great. But I've only had 2 appointments, and both were an hour+ late. Which, fine, not a problem. But when I ask the front desk staff (who were informed they were running an hour behind) 30 minutes into waiting if it's going to be much longer and if I should just reschedule please don't respond with, "you've only waited a few minutes." 1) 30 minutes is not a few in any version of reality. If you can't show up that late to work, that's not an appropriate response. 2) I don't really care for the, "customer is always right" mindset, but if you're going to have an attitude at the front desk you genuinely do not belong in a customer/patient facing role

I had a total knee replacement on January 17th and began physical therapy on January 19th. I have been guided through the recovery process by Kristen Smith. Kristen has been completely professional, encouraging, and effective. She is compassionate, listens to how I am feeling, does not push, but challenges me nonetheless. My recovery has been improved because of my physical therapy and this particular therapist. I highly recommend TOI physical therapy.

The staff is professional,0 encouraging and and very helpful! I have had the pleasure of working with Kristen for a couple of years for different reasons- hip, shoulder etc. I am concerned that lately it is too busy that they are working with two people at the same time though. I find myself repeating the same exercises on my own until they finish the other person with their set. It doesn’t seem right. My time would be better spent with different exercises than waiting for the other patient at the same time.🙁

I am extremely pleased with the patience and kindness of the staff. Kristin is my physical therapist and she is quite thorough. She does a maneuver to help my hips get in alignment that I feel is quite helpful. I am experiencing relief already.

I was referred to Tucson Orthopaedic Institute by my PCP. I received an appointment in a short time, I was able to check in online easily, the office staff was excellent. I was extremely pleased with the Doctor I was assigned, Dr. William Prickett. He was clear, concise, and knowledgeable in his evaluation of my issue. After my appointment, I felt I was made well aware of my condition and had a comfortable course of action to follow.
