Tucson Orthopaedic Institute - Physical Therapy - Marana Office

I went to TOI PT Rincon after elbow surgery. There were long wait times for new patients in every place I called but TOI PT actually called me back when they had an earlier opening. My therapist Dearl was very encouraging and helpful. My recovery progressed very quickly and my doctor was very impressed. I appreciate everyone in this office. The entire staff is very nice, welcoming, fun and kind. I had a great time every time I went and no issues at all. I highly recommend this place!

Went here a 6 times. On my 6th visit, they told me I was late to my appointment and couldn’t see me. I was pretty certain that I put the appointment into my calendar correctly so I asked them to check and apparently the manager Val? Changed my appointment from 8:30a to 8am without notifying me. They have a policy that if you cancel within 24 hours that you still have to pay but yet they can cancel or reschedule you without any penalty. Also you get only 15-20 minutes with the actual physical therapist and the rest of the appointment you are passed off to a helper. I would have liked it better if I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out.

Submitted a request for an appointment online, missed their call back. Left a message (They have one of the most complicated call trees I've seen for this type of business), no call back. Called again a few days later only to be told they need a referral from my Dr (Nothing to do with insurance.) Gladly took my business elsewhere.

This place honestly deserves zero stars. I was told to show up 30 minutes prior to my 9 a.m appointment by the front desk clerk Jennifer so I could fill out my 1st time patient intake forms, which I did. (Arrived at 8:30am) Literally took me 5 minutes to fill out the required paperwork, nonetheless I understand my appointment is not till 9 a.m. At 9:05 a.m I get called back by a gentleman and was told that Selen would be with me shortly. 9:18 a.m comes around and still no one cared to come check up on me and my therapist Selen did not approach me until she seen me walk out of the room to the front desk. Once I was at the front desk ready to complain and cancel my appointment Selen approached me and said she was ready for me, by this time it was 9:25 a.m. Once I explained my frustration to her about the time she really didn’t seemed interested, and basically told me to have a good day. Please, save yourself the hassle and disappointment. There’s a reason why this place only has (2) reviews prior to mine, your body deserves better than this facility.

Just completed the best ever physical therapy for a knee. PT Andrew Bock and PT Amy Rebmann put me through enough training than I could think I’m a pro athlete (even as an old lady!). I highly recommend them for all ages and conditions.

I went here after rotator cuff surgery. The staff, including my therapist Trevor, is knowledgeable and efficient. My improvement over the six week course of treatment was dramatic. I highly recommend this facility and also the La Cholla office.

Getting stronger and feeling better every therapy session. Andrew Brock and staff are great!

I called several TOI and this is the only office that called me back. All the staff are fantastic and the PT is amazing.
