Tuba City Regional Health Care

Called to make an appointment for pediatric got there in time but was a long line. Once it was our turn to sign in they told me the doctor couldn't see my child seconds after the nurse called her name. Then they tell me I was late and sent us on a wild good chase just to be told the they provider only sees patients 13 years and up... Now I have to call tomorrow to make another DANM appointment for my four year old.

My son and his 3 friends got in terrible accident with a semi truck on the way home from North rim yesterday. The staff at Tuba City could not have been nicer. The boys had serious and various injuries, one sent by ambulance to Flagstaff. But all 3 were treated expertly and kindly. And with God's grace they will all recover. Thank you Tuba City for helping us on an extremely difficult day. God bless you all

So far I’ve had nothing but a good positive experience when I’ve been here. Receptionist are super helpful and friendly. The nurses are also very helpful, patient, and attentive. Give these guys pay raises and more days off! Definitely deserve it.

I got my eye exam Nov. 2023 an was informed of my getting my first pair of glasses. It's hard to pick when ur eyes are dilated. One time only, an as is with the new glasses. I tried to take a photo of my eye exam paper an I was told I couldn't because of HIPAA. Waited three months, an called several times to ask about my pair.

Staff need more customer service skills. Did not see any security detail patrolling. But then again having a convicted felon as Security Manager it's expected that they don't do what they are hired for.

I went to the ED at the Tuba City Regional Health Center for a dog bite in 2023, and I received the fastest emergency medical treatment of my life. I've been to a fair number of EDs, and this one was definitely the quickest. The nurse who saw me, Hazel, provided excellent care. For a rural hospital, the service here is top notch. The pharmacy is a bit slow, but it wasn't a big problem since we got through the ED so quickly. If you need emergency medical care in this area, I'd definitely go here rather than making the long drive to Flagstaff.

TCRHCC is the worst health care center to get immediate care. The customer service from all levels of staff is so unfriendly, unprofessional and disappointing. Sadly they provide poor health care to their own people. I would not recommend to go for any care. They do not evaluate and diagnose their patients properly. THEY WEBMD your symptoms and treat you through WEBMD at the ER with no MD you physically see or talk to they use Physician Assistants to treat and diagnose you. . Horrible facility they need to have secret shoppers to expose their unprofessional services they provide and have no servant leadership at all levels.

If uour a local.. then you know what we put up with every time we visit. I rarely visit this place because of how unprofessional their customer service is. If your Navajo, you're teated poorly. If you're a different race, treated with respect. It's embarrassing for the health organization. They need to train the employees bout kindness and respect to customers despite their color or race. Also, the Pharmacy Department is ridiculously slow. Its takes me 2-3 hours for my meds. Why??? It's been like this for as long as i can remember. What the hell do they do in there. And I've noticed a lot of workers in the building. What are they doing in there??
