Hats off to Mariam working MAGIC! Starting a new home health agency? Look no further. We had never been so lost than swimming in all of the details of what we needed to know when starting a new home health agency. It couldn't be that hard, right? Oh, were we wrong. By the time we called TT Medical, we were already debating on giving up on the business. We felt in over our heads. One of our colleagues recommended to try a consultant before we lost all of our work, and it was the best choice we could have made. Mariam came to our office and went through everything we had already completed and discussed with us what needed to be done. She then continued to be at our office every day that week, helping us prepare the business to be survey-ready. With every step of the preparation, she explained what she was doing and why, so we can keep remember her training after she left. Professionalism, knowledge, and personability: 5/5.

I came to this company after my previous consultant really messed things up. She was supposed to file paperwork and told us she did but never actually sent it so we thought we were waiting for a survey for like 4 months but weren't. Anna at TT submitted our application same week and pushed it through really fast. While we waited for the approval, they prepared everything for the survey. We had our survey within a couple of weeks of getting our medicare application approved. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because they sent another consultant to our survey because Anna, who we were dealing with the whole time was at another survey so she couldn't come. We felt super nervous but our replacement consultant seemed calm and was very up to date on our company/info. It went well. We're waiting for our provider number right now.

We were interviewing consultants for our new home health for a while. We spoke to 3 people before talking to TT Medical and 1 after. It was really clear from the start that these guys knew what they were doing. They were very professional and gave us a flyer with pricing and terms. Everyone else was very mom-and-pop shoppy. Also, we met with them at their office. Everyone else met us at Starbucks and other places and it felt shady. The TT Medical guys explained everything and gave us what to do next. They also helped us find an office before we even signed a contract so that was nice. They did the applications very fast and were always available to answer questions. We felt really taken care of the whole time.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a ZIRO STAR for TT Medical because the minimum star can I leave is one. The worse consultation that I had to now regarding new home healthcare. The counselor came late and during her consultation time she was playing with her cell phone all the time. Instead of counseling services, the counselor was forcing me to pay $8000 for more services. INDEED, IT WAS AN ADVERTISING MEETING FOR THEIR BUSINESS NOT CONSULTING SERVICES. After meeting, I called the manager and reported it but nobody cared. I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND ITS SERVICES!
