Tsavo's Canine Rehabilitation in San Diego County

The best. Period. My lab LOSES it when I say “Wanna go see Maya?” Absolutely the best place for canine therapy, possibly on the west coast. My lab’s fav place on the planet and he feels so much better because of it. Their entire staff is compassionate, loving, and supportive. Especially Dave’s water coach! Just can’t say enough about this place. Worth the drive.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Maja and everyone working here truly cares about their dog patients, they are kind, patient, and dedicated to each and every one of the dogs. Maja has the warmest heart, she's very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to treatments and options. My older dog has been in therapy for a few months now to help her injured knees and arthritis, the water treadmill and rehab has helped her pain and mobility so much. She had started to lose muscle mass due to her age, now she's building it up and getting a little stronger, so she can live up her golden years. Their facilities are always clean and looking nice. They do so much for special needs and rescue dogs, truly amazing work!

Can't say enough good stuff about Tsavos. Incredible facility in Escondido. Erica (our vet with Tsavos) is amazing. Amy at the pool and water treadmill is terrific as well. They really care about getting our little (not so little) dude (English Bulldog) walking again after his FCE diagnosis left him almost completely paralyzed on the right side. It's been about two months and he's walking again! Feels like a miracle to us. More work to go but excited to do it with this crew at Tsavos.

Best decision ever. They came highly recommended by a neighbor and our specialty vet. So pleased with the results for our family dog.

Entire staff is fantastic. Our dog was fully paralyzed and after bed rest and some care we saw signs of movement again. We were told to try physical therapy and we found Tsavos. Complete game changer and he is in such a better place and able to walk with limited movement now. Maja does incredible work and I would recommend anyone who needs help with their pet to go here.

Took my dog Cooper there for 2 different injuries at different times. Front leg Rehab after he tore his Ligaments and after a Patella operation on one of his rear legs. They did a Great job and today you would never know he had either operation..runs, plays with no problem.

Tsavos is the place you wish existed in every city and every town across the country. In the last decade pet related facilities, veterinarians offices, etc, seem to have all been consolidated into large conglomerants, and the "industry" has taken on the feeling of an assembly line. Tsavos is the awesome exception to that rule. Our dog was diagnosed with joint problems and in order to keep him pain-free he needs physical therapy. We are not from the area but Tsavos welcomed us in a way that just doesn't happen anymore in any business. The group, led by Maja, and the team (Danielle and Amy) took the same high level of concern and care that we would for our dog at home. Have you ever taken your pet to the vet and they shake in fear the whole time? Think the opposite about Tsavos. If your dog needs physical therapy or rehabilitation, I would recommend one phone call to Tsavos. They are genuinely interested in the success and health of your pet and it shows in their communication before during and after your appointment.
