TSAOG Orthopaedics - Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy (Ridgewood)

Dr Bell and his team are excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Dr. Bell did an excellent job on my knee replacement. Anesthesiologist Dr. Poke was excellent as well. He listened to my issues with nausea after surgery, took some steps to ensure I would not be sick after surgery and it worked! Very happy with all staff.

I highly recommend this TSAOG THERAPY. I would go anywhere else.I have been going to Physical therapy this time for a little over a year. This is my 3rd time due to different circumstances .I have to say this is the best Physical Therapy team I have ever been to.Philip is the head therapist (the boss).The physical therapy has always been 100 % on track and helped me with my recovery. First visit after thumb surgery Tony explained the exercise program, made a stabilizing splint to wear for next few weeks to replace cast just removed and walked me through each exercise to be done at home. Very professional, friendly and informative. TSAOG is a truly standout group of Ortho Specialists.

The staff /Physical Therapists have been able to make the sessions progressively challenging after my hip replacement. This has resulted in making meaningful improvements in range of motion and strength increases. I am also pleased that my PT is conducted at the same center where my surgery was performed. It provides a sense of continuity.

I took my elderly mother to her appointment. Who she had been seeing was not there that day so another therapist greeted her and set her on a bike for a five min. warm up. She was then passed on to a different therapist who gave her a ball to squeeze between her thighs for another five minutes then a band on her knees for another five minutes. At that point she was told her 45 minute session was up. I questioned it and the therapist said 35 minutes was justifiable for a 45 minute session. Although she didn’t even get 35 minutes.

The Home Health Care Nurse and the Therapist were very knowledgeable, informative and very caring. They came in our home and did their jobs quite well and thorough.

I've been seeing Dr. Ursone for nine years on and off for different ortho needs. He been caring, speaks to me so I understand everything, and very personable. Today, is the 2nd day after a long needed full knee replacement and everything is going well! 👍

I can’t recommend this place enough. From the efficiency when you check into the extremely thorough care of the doctors on staff, I’ve been extremely pleased with everyone at TSAOG. I’ve started my PT sessions twice a week and Tony is a very patient and kind therapist. He knows when to push me harder To strengthen my wrist. We have light, jovial conversations & my sessions go by so quickly. TSAOG is a well run machine, I like everything about the place.
