Zach is an absolute dawg! I've gone to him for over a year now for a variety of injuries and he always gets me back moving in no time. Not only does Zach look to treat the area of problem but he also helps develop a plan for you to strengthen the surrounding areas to ensure proper recovery and hopefully minimize any future injuries. I would recommend Zach to any of my friends/family needing PT assistance.

I HATE being injured and limiting my activities. I have little patience to take time off and am anxious to continually improve my health. In Dr. Lawson, I found a provider that felt exactly the way I did, was willing to share my frustration and work over-and-above to get me back to the level of performance I expected. She is the only physical therapist that I've truly trusted, and I'm lucky to have her as my guide to recovery.
I've been seeing Zach for a few years - sometimes for specific injures but sometimes to improve mobility, performance, and prevention. He and his team always take the time you need and offers great treatment and advice. One thing I have appreciated the most is how they adjust your PT exercises depending on the time you have and your goals. It makes it easy to add to my normal routine. Finally, Zach does wonders with dry needling! It has been a big help. I've recommended him to many friends already so highly recommend them!
For many years I’ve had the awesome experience working with Zach Harmon and TruStrength physical therapy and it has been an incredibly informative and uplifting experience. Zach is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly, and they took the time to really get to know my injuries and needs as an individual. During my appointment, he worked closely with me to develop a personalized plan to meet my goals. They also gave me tips and pointers to help me with my workouts and mobility issues. I felt like I was in good hands, and I am confident that the program will help me reach my goals. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Zach Harmon and TruStrength physical therapy to anyone looking for great care and guidance.
Best physical therapist in the country. Seriously! My shoulder pain was gone very quickly and I am hitting Personal Records thanks to Dr Zach!
I cannot say enough good things about Zach at TruStrength. He is the most knowledgeable PT I have met and I've worked in that field for years. Zach will explain the reason for your issue and help you understand what has to be done and why. He truly cares about his clients' well being. My husband and I, both in our 60's are very active. I feel so much better knowing Zach is there to help us stay active for a very long time.
Zach is a magician. After a long recovery from shoulder surgery, I decided to give TruStrength a try for my mobility and it is worth every penny. Not only have I seen amazing improvements, Zach has been able to help me when I've acquired other injuries along the way - quickly identifying the source of the injury and providing exercises for me to prevent and/or relieve the pain even when I can't see him. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for results in your physical therapy, TruStrength is worth it.
I have been going to Zach now for about 6 months and he is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever worked with (and I have worked with many over the years, >10 for sure). He is incredibly knowledgeable and after fixing my primary issue (small rotator cuff tear) we started working on other things (knee and hip issue from past injuries) that everyone else I talked to didn’t really have an answer for and their suggestions really didn’t help much either (for perspective I am a physician so I am able to get evaluations and advice from many orthopedists etc just at work) Within a few weeks things were already improving. Zach provides expertise in a wide range movement care (physical therapy, soft tissue manipulation, dry needling, ultrasound, etc). My favorite thing though is that he tailors his care to your level of fitness and goals and he pushes you hard to achieve the restoration your looking for. If you haven’t had success with PT in the past I would try TruStrength Performance and commit to working hard with these therapists, they will get there if you put the work in.
