Trustrength is truly the best! As a coach, I have worked with Trustrength to bring workshops to our gym, Which our athletes always love & find useful! We have had countless members see Dr. Dani for injury, tightness, soreness, etc. & they come back to classes better overall athletes!! As an athlete myself, I have been seeing Dr. Dani. For a long time, I didn’t think I needed PT. I really didn’t think it would help or work. Dani knows her stuff!!! After my first session, I left more informed about the issue going on, & feeling motivated to get better & stronger! She doesn’t just give you silly stretches to do at home. She works with you & gets you moving during your session, then gives you exercises that WORK!! Dani & Zach are awesome!! I would recommend Trustrength to anyone looking for AMAZING PT!
