Front staff is very well organized very welcoming , Iam greeted very kindly every time I come in I want to thank them for that , also the nurses are very friendly and understanding great staff . The doctors are amazing as well very glad with this clinic , I would definitely recommend this place .

Amazing staff. My doctor is Doctor Franklin and Corrdero! Very professional, but they provide a level of care I haven’t found anywhere else. I would pay out of pocket just to see them. If I was out of state, I would fly out! You really can’t put a price tag on that level of care. Be patient with the staff. Know they’ll help you to the best of their ability, and be even more so patient with the phone line. Above all else, trust the process. These are the best most caring physicians.

Very professional and kind. We brought our child for a physical and he was a new patient they helped us with the whole process of the insurance transfer. Receptionist Veronica was really helpful and informed us on what he needed. The nurse and Dr Jody were really nice to my son to help him feel comfortable with the check up. They even gave us a free backpack. Im thinking myself to switch to this clinic. Everyone was really kind :) i recommend this clinic.

Absolutely the worse! It is extremely difficult to get an appointment. I’ve called them before and have been on hold for 20 minutes and end up just hanging up. I’ve tried their texting services to make an appointment and it’s just as bad. I got offered an appointment because someone canceled and I texted back that I would love the appointment and they never reached four to confirm. I have reached out to them a number of times after that and they never responded to me... It’s annoyed me so much that I’ve gone as far as changing my doctor to a different facility.

Dr. Franklin Tse and Corderro Taylor are the abosute best. I have been dealing with some serious medical issues and Dr. Franklin Tse would not give up until he could figure out what was wrong. Turned out that a previous doctor had left plastic tubing in my abdomin during a surgery after 20+ years of physicians (12) no one notice this tubing until now. This explained why there were so many other issues dealing with my person over the years. I would post the picture, but I think that would gross everyone out.

Do not go there, they are the worst. Very incompetent. If you are lucky and Dr. Tedmund Po gives you an appointment, everything is rushed, and he barely let's you talk, and at the end you don't have anything even though everything hurts. When he finally orders tests or x-rays, he takes weeks before he calls you with your results, even though the place where you get the tests done tells you that your results will be ready in 4 days, while you are in pain waiting for your results, hoping you're going to get some kind of treatment which you don't get because they don't really care for your health!!! They make everything so complicated, I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!

I absolutely Love this office! I moved from Dr. Poom's office where they were rude and you could never get an appointment within a reasonable time. In this office I see Dr. Carmencita and she is absolutely amazing! She takes her time with me and really cares about my health. She is doing everything she can to help me get better. Everyone in this office seems to be super kind. Amber from the front Desk, the assistant's Evelyn and Christina. Nurse Yadira. Angelica from Dental and Samantha. Dr. Jo and Dr. Stonner are awesome too! Im really happy I made the move to this office. I hope that they always strive to be the amazing team they are today. Thank you!

Had nothing but problems here. Reception staff is rude, long appointment dates one month to see a doctor. Never want to help you with anything. Takes them 2 weeks to completed any documents or paperwork. Nothing profesional about this place. So sad that they treat their patients poorly and no customer service what so ever.
