True Potential Physical Therapy, P.C.

When I first walked into True Potential I was struck by how well organized, neat and clean it was. Once I started, I knew this PT practice was different. They were very thorough in the onboarding process. They actually do real physical therapy, from the actual PT itself right thru all the specialized exercises, this place is different. I also love the open design. It's not a bunch of closed rooms but when privacy is needed it's there. Michael and Mark, the two physical therapists and very professional, polite and just two really nice guys. Rachel and Michael, the two assistant PT's have the same qualities. I look forward to going which is a first for me and I have seen big improvements since going. You will not be disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to write one for True Potential Physical Therapy on Montauk Highway in Bayport, NY. I've been to a few other places in the past and nothing compares to this office of professionals and the care I received from Mike and Mark. Both are outstanding Doctors of Physical Therapy and truly take pride in helping their patients regain strength and mobility as quickly as possible. Not only do they show you your exercises, but they stay with you to make sure that you're doing them correctly, which can make all the difference in recovering quickly and without further injury. In addition, if the rehab requires, both Mike and Mark take the time to provide the best medical massage which has helped improve my progress. This attention was not given at any other PT offices I've been to. The staff at True Potential Physical Therapy are all young processionals who are in school for PT or have graduated into the field of physical therapy. They are all extremely informed and follow the same emphasis on health and well-being, so you always feel like you're in good hands. In addition, the office is remarkably clean and sanitized regularly as soon as a patient gets off a bed. I highly recommend True Potential Therapy to anyone looking for the best physical therapists who really care about your health and well-being.

I have been a patient twice for an ankle injury that eventually required surgery. I can't say enough good things about Mike & Mark! They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and genuinely care about getting their patients back on their feet and back to peak performance. They develop an individualized set of exercises to help you reach your goals. Melanie & Rachel are a pleasure & assets to the business too. I actually look forward to my sessions and I feel great when I leave. Even though my time there is coming to a close I wouldn't have gotten back to "me" without them. Thank you so much!

My experience at True Potential Physical Therapy was outstanding! Mike, Mark, Mel, and Rachel were professional and very caring. They each made me feel like my recovery from ankle surgery was their main concern. I was never left sitting idly and waiting, like I had been while at other PT places. I will DEFINITELY go back to them after my upcoming knee replacement.

I’m having a great experience here at True Potential! Mark and Mike are so knowledgeable - they adher to their patients’ needs consistently for sure! The PT aides are always there to help with the exercises - The office has a such positive and upbeat atmosphere - I really enjoy coming here! The true professionals that run and care for the patients here cannot be found anywhere else. The entire staff makes a well run team that all communicate, and are a perfect demonstration of what proficient patient care is. I have been a consistent patient attending sessions at minimum three times a week, always looking forward to going knowing that I am getting better and enjoying the company. The environment is also very welcoming. Because of the true care from everyone here I am now able to walk again after my significant knee injury. I will forever recommend others to come here and additionally be a patient here myself
