True North Wellness Center - Physical Therapy

I highly recommend True North Physical Therapy; I am beyond pleased with my care. Both Meredith and Caroline are so well informed and do so much more than just teach you exercises. They make sure to educate their patients and are knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, and friendly. The care they have provided me over the last year following brain surgery has enabled me to go from wheelchair bound to living life. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done and for all their support and encouragement.

I started seeing Caroline in 2019 after a car accident that left me with debilitating migraines and neck pain. After receiving little relief from a traditional physical therapy office in town, I decided to give Caroline’s craniosacral treatment a try. I am so glad I did! My migraines are gone now and my quality of life is much better. I continue to see Caroline on a regular basis to support my wellness. I am continually impressed by her compassion and willingness to help with my health issues. I highly recommend True North!
