Here’s a refined review for you: I was initially skeptical about physical therapy. Didn't think it would help much with my neck pain, but after my experience at Triumph Physical Therapy, I’m glad I gave it a chance. The front desk staff and techs were incredibly personable and welcoming. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the positive atmosphere. Xander, my physical therapist, is thorough and truly knows his craft. He took the time to understand my concerns and created a treatment plan that worked wonders. I feel so much better after my sessions. I highly recommend Triumph for anyone looking for quality care and a supportive team.

You can’t go wrong with any of the PTs here! Xander, Paola, Conner, Darko, Michael are professional, polite, and precise at what they do. The ladies at the front desk, Victory and Danika, are also fantastic at delivering excellent customer service at all times. All together, Triumph is amazing because of the people… even other clients I’ve met there have been kind. I absolutely love the attention to detail here, the customized exercises, and the overall comfortable atmosphere of feeling “at home” like you’re always welcome. Oh- and my favorite part is getting my TENS (aka stim) done with freshly brewed coffee carefully crafted by Xander or with my pup relaxing beside me, or solo, it’s always a great post-session experience. Highly recommend this place! 🙌🏼

What a great experience! My first time to need physical therapy. Everyone was so friendly and positive. I appreciate Michael and his expertise and knowledge and helping me to improve my mobility in my back. Conor was so helpful in monitoring my exercises. Checking in often to make sure I was OK. I have gone to physical therapy before but never to Triumph. The entire staff, even the receptionist when you walk in the door are amazing! Xander is the best therapist I have ever had and the support staff have been awesome too! I don’t dread going to my appointments ever!

My doctor recommended treatment at Triumph after a lower back injury, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. Xander did incredible manual work on my back, and it was the only thing that helped after months of back pain. He took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored a program that led to significant improvement in my back. The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and a positive healing environment. I always felt heard and supported at each visit, and recommend Triumph to my friends and family that need PT. After being to three therapy centers in University Place, I came to Xander after being highly recommend by my son. It was right before having a Total Knee Replacement Revision Surgery. At our first meeting Xander explained how the treatment will work, what to expect and what I need to do at home after the surgery. As this was my second surgery on the same knee within a year and half I was concerned and wanted to make sure that this time I find a therapist that would really help me recover well. I am glad that I found Xander and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My recovery has been amazing and I am so grateful to him. He is knowledgeable, caring and always encouraging. He gives enough time and I don’t feel hurried. Next TKR on the right knee is coming up soon and he is my go to therapist now. I have also seen Michael when Xander was not available and he is amazing as well. I feel the whole team is amazing including Danika at the front desk, always greets with a big smile, Conner always ready to help me with the exercises and of course Cesar and Darko were great. Triumph has been incredibly helpful with understanding my lower back pain and IT band issues. During each session, we usually discuss what hurts, why, and how to treat with stretches and ways to improve my gym sessions. It has been an extremely positive change with each issue and now working on my posture will lead to even more progress. I am very happy with the care I received from Michael at Triumph Physical Therapy. He spent a lot of time on manual therapy, listened to me and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. When I first came in, I was experiencing a lot of back and hip pain, and after working with Micheal I was able to get back to normal daily life, hiking and outdoor activities.
