Trinity has an excellent team of both clinical and operational staff that provide the best care for their patients! They work to see a new referral within 24-48 hours of receiving the information to prevent exacerbation or rehospitalization of the patient. I would recommend Trinity River Valley if you are looking for home health care OR a job!
