This place is unprofessional. The final straw was when they called 1.5 hours before my appointment to cancel to see Jeff. I planned my day around that. Had the situation been reversed, they would be charging me fees. Very unprofessional. Their staff were inattentive- more concerned about gossiping with each other than tending to patients. I was with someone for 30 minutes and did 3 exercises. Probably exercised for 5 of those 30 minutes. I don't recommend this place.

I've seen two of their groups at those location for different issues. They've been positive, really informative, knowledgeable of my unusual chronic condition, and make getting my body to function better so much more fun than I was expecting. I can't recommend them enough. They're the reason I tell others with my condition how great PT is!

From the front desk staff to the physical therapists and clinic director, everyone at this Probility office is very kind and encouraging. They make an extra effort to get to know each visitor and remember more than just their names, despite seeing many different faces on a weekly basis. As my first physical therapy experience, I am extremely satisfied and feel very comfortable here.

The staff is very friendly and I am sure they know just as much about rehabilitation as other physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. However my impression is that the place was very disorganized and understaffed for the number of patients. After two visits I have decided to go elsewhere. Why did I feel it was disorganized? Well, for starters, the person who scheduled my physical therapy session knew I would need to be in therapy for several weeks but scheduled me to have my evaluation with a therapist who was leaving at the end of my first week. So I wasn't really able to work with him. Also, the physical therapy assistants who worked with me on the exercises were working with several people at a time. It felt scattered to me. I didn't feel like anybody was really paying attention to me. Finally, although a candy bowl and cooler full of pop bring a "fun" atmosphere to the office and it's nice how the staff encourages everyone to help themselves to drinks and snacks while they're waiting, it doesn't seem like the most healing environment. And on my second visit one of the therapist assistants was going around the room figuring out who wanted to order pizza... My feeling is it's kind of a party atmosphere at Probility and people are certainly friendly. But if you're in physical therapy to overcome a serious health issue, especially if you want to lose weight, this might not be the best place.

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning at 915 received a call the day before to make sure I was coming to the appointment then the last asks if I received the paperwork in the mail I said no then she said well can you come in early I said no then she said you will have to reschedule for your evaluation I asked why she said because you didn't receive the paperwork and can't come in early I asked for a supervisor and was told if receive a call back. Never received a call from the office but I did receive a private caller that left a message that was distorted. Called the morning of the appointment talked to another person told her I didn't feel that I would have to reschedule because of the mail when I could come in and fill the papers out and I don't appreciate any business calling me private it's very unprofessional so then I told the supervisor the same thing and she told me that my visit is cancelled and she'll call me later so she pretty much told me that they are now refusing to see me because I didn't get the paperwork and didn't want to reschedule for another day. I'm sorry but patients have lives to live as well and we shouldn't be subject to the way health care professionals abuse their power!

I am preparing for double knee replacement this Fall. It was recommended that PT before surgery could help strengthen muscles that pain has kept me from using properly and make recovery after surgery easier and faster. I have never had PT before, and didn't know what to expect. I have found the staff at Probility to be exceptionally thorough and professional. My first visit included an extensive session to determine what muscles and joints needed attention as well as assistance understanding the exercises I need to do to improve those areas. On my second visit, the staff was again very helpful, listening carefully to what problems I was experiencing and doing their best to help me understand both what I was doing wrong and how to make corrections. I am very pleased with the professionalism of both the PT staff and those who work behind the desk.

My surgeon prescribed physical therapy following major reconstructive foot surgery. I had been totally non-weight bearing for nine weeks and was on crutches and not even able to drive when I started the physical therapy at Probility. Range of motion was very limited. When I finished five months later, I was walking normally, able to go up and down stairs without difficulty and had good range of motion. The physical therapist spent a great deal of time working on the muscles in my foot, ankle and leg; she also successfully worked to reduce the swelling in my foot. The physical therapists recommended compressions socks runners used; these also helped reduce the swelling. My main physical therapist communicated regularly with my surgeon and was careful to follow the doctor's orders. The trainers were also very professional and highly qualified. They were encouraging and careful to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. They provided illustrated instructions for me to take home so I could continue the exercises at home. They also recommended exercises that I could do in the pool. All of the staff were friendly and professional. While I hope I don't need physical therapy again any time soon, I would certainly return to Probility if I do. I would also highly recommend Probility to anyone needed physical therapy.

I'm a patient at the Probility Pelvic Health portion of Probility PT and I have to say that the staff here are fantastic. From start to finish it's clear that everyone is focused on your well-being and comfort. Truly nice folks. Would definitely recommend.
