Trinity ExpressClinic - Cadiz

This my second time going to this facility and it disappointed just as much as the first time...I'm not sure why this place even existed they can't help with anything....I have copd and I was having trouble breathing and needed steroids and antibiotics and of course they can't help they need to send me somewhere else to get x-rays to get looked at cuz what if that's not what it is... Med centers are supposed to alleviate the stress of the emergency room in having to wait there but this med center is not what that's for they will help you for nothing I have no idea why this place even exists

I am very disappointed in the xray dept at this facility, I called twice and asked for someone to copy my xray I had done there onto a disc so I can take it to my Ortho appt on Wed. NO one called me back and now when I called today they said no one is there till Wed and to call Trinity in Steubenville. Now I have to make a trip to Steubenville to get a disc that could have been done in Cadiz. What is your purpose there, it sure isn't to help the public. Service here is very very poor, not worth a grade.

This place is absolutely horrible !!! The staff are king of not my job or my favorite one we can’t help you with that here even though when you need stitches in there, you’re actually able to suture people in that place ! Second experience recently had appendix taken out. Had some bleeding was worried about it went there and was told we can’t help you here. Call your doctor while I was actively bleeding in the waiting room. Do not do not do not go here.

Trinity website posts hours all week long, today 10-5. I had a couple of my friends recommend the Express Care in Cadiz, so I tried to take my daughter there this morning, low and behold, doors locked. I called and answering service said they are closed for weekends! I look at reviews and see two months ago someone had the same issue! False advertisement Trinity! Change your signs and website.

Where do I start??? IF I could give a negative review I would. My first visit Dr. Beethum took 4 days to prescribe me the medication I was running out of. Like that wasn't bad enough she prescribed me the WRONG meds!! Instead of 200mg of my meds she prescribed 400mg in which this said med kept me up for several days until finding out it was the wrong milagram. She then ended up back tracking and kept saying she prescribed the right meds until I showed her my old bottle verses the new. My son also visited her that day as well and she also drug her feet on his SEIZURE meds for the same amount of time too 4 days!!! My very last appointment she had a med student who wasn't the nicest plus the doctor prescribed me meds for my stomach in which I've got no issues with! Also that day she scheduled a mammogram she made for Twin City when it came time for my results it took WEEKS to hear back from them. This was after Twin City said they faxed them twice when I called them. Once they got the information back it took another week to get back to me. My last straw was when I called them about my son's appointment verifying date and time, the staff member was rude. I told them I would no longer be a patient of theres. I don't recommend going to this place it's worse then HCH any day! Had it not been for the ignorance of the staff or doctor this review wouldve never happened Patience be ware!! I looked for a place to take a picture of my WRONG med verses normal script but there was no option. This place is ridiculous!

Says they are open on weekends and they are not!! I have tried going there during the week and they were closed when they should have been opened. I had one lady lock the door on me at 4:45 when the website said they close at 6. I have tried to go multiple times and couldn't. They weren't opened the week of christmas at all and I doubt they will open this coming week either. Even tho they "opened" one in cadiz I still have to go to wintersville or the ER. Currently going to Wintersville as usual!!

Everywhere else gives you a antibiotics and steroids for testing positive for covid. They tell you go somewhere else. They are a pointless place to go waste of my time. Pull whole family out for help. They say to stay quarantine but do nothing. Now I half to take whole family out again while being sick. One star is a dam trophy for how pathetic this is.

Have been here many times and each of those times we were greet. Very fast with assessment, treatment, and discharge. Highly recommend!!!
