I love Katy! She has been my PT since she worked at Fyzical. Once I learned she opened her own practice I followed her immediately. I see her for SI joint issues, and she knows how to work MAGIC!! I have made the most progress with her out of all the PT's I have seen for lower back pain and knee pain (caused from the SI joint issues). ADDED BONUS: I LOVE chatting with her for the 40 mins I am in there.
I’ve had the pleasure (yes pleasure) of working with Katy first, for an acute shoulder injury and later for a nagging hip flexor strain. Her thorough assessments, patient focused treatment plans and realistic rehab recommendations saved me from a shoulder surgery and chronic hip pain. All this and her collaborative approach makes her the perfect partner and advocate in your recovery.
Currently dealing with lymphatic massage if you’re looking for that type of treatment. Great therapist very helpful and knowledgeable,highly recommend!
