I had my first appointment at TriCore and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Manali was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really understand the issues I've been having with my back, and her approach was thoughtful and patient. She walked me through a variety of exercises, explaining the purpose behind each one and how they would help in my recovery. She also explained how to progress over time. After my appointment I received a detailed, personalized plan with clear instructions for home exercises, which was so helpful. She's thoughtful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable- one of the best physical therapists I've worked with. Highly recommend!!
