We are all extremely fortunate to have a military clinic and pharmacy so far from base... And we should all consider the cost, which is only time.. I for one am very grateful.

Picked up my prescription today, unfortunately I was early and before I received the text informing me it was ready. Checked into the pharmacy window with Mr. Cooper. Very nice gentleman, he got off his chair and searched for my prescription. Came back to the window with my prescription. Very friendly, helpful, and very respectful. We need more people like him.

10/10 the staff here goes above and beyond. Our family, without a doubt, just survived the hardest year of our lives medically and every single staff member has made us feel prioritized. Yes, sometimes they get flooded and y’all need to know the team in the pharmacy has been busting their butts with minimal staffing - each and every employee here has my unending love and respect. 🫶🏼

If you work Monday - Friday from 9-5 like a lot of people do, good luck getting your prescriptions. They’re closed on the weekends. And they’re closed by the time I get off of work. You also can’t call & talk to anyone for questions. I used to pickup at Walgreens but now TriCare Select is requiring I go here. Forget about Express Scripts too because they take over a month to deliver to you.

This place was never run well from day 1. My wife had her appt interrupted twice by some snotty 2nd class who then had to get yelled at by Dr Miller because she had no respect for patients Nurses were great Pharmacy is very much overwhelmed. No matter what they do you can see its impossible to keep up

Slllllooooooowwwwww…..new checkin system is confusing—as I noted patients struggling (especially the elderly) while trying to sign in for their services. Plus, they have to “yell” out the names…often mispronouncing them. Make sure you plan your day’s activities accordingly as you’ll wait and wait and wait.

Someone needs to assess the current system of customer service which does not come close to the high standards of US Navy. Phone numbers printed on the brochure are wrong and never answered. Waiting time is in excess of one hour. Someone needs to revamp the leadership or close the facility. I happened to be a retired Navy physician.

This is the most ridiculous pharmacy of all times. Not saying this based off of one visit. No, this has been several visits. This particular time I called in my meds which were supposed to be available on a Wed, get there after rushing off work at 4 only to find out they are closed.. 5pm the door and website say. I'm there at 430. Then go back again on a Friday only to find out they transferred all our meds to NHCP. Wow.. You think they would update their phone recording or website with this info.. Yeah too simple to do that. CP is too far to go and pick up when you're working all day and they are not open on weekends.. What am I'm going to have to do? Take a day off at my expense. Thanks.. Believe me, this isn't my first negative experience with this pharmacy.. I almost feel like I should just go back to paying for my meds at expensive Vons. Smdh.
