The Doctor was rude and spoke to me as if I was his child. I am someone who is uncomfortable making eye contact with men when I am alone with them in a room. This doctor demanded that I do so even after I told him it was not something I am comfortable doing. Prior to that he told me what he believes is causing my pain. I didn’t understand the diagnosis so I asked what that meant and he got very mad and told me “of course you don’t know what it is I’m trying to tell you” but really all he had said was I’m not going to like it but never what IT was. He then told me he will not be treating me nor will he make any recommendations for the treatment needed. All because I wanted to know what something he said meant. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I recorded the whole conversation as I was not comfortable being alone with a man and I will be taking it to the medical board this is unacceptable bed side manner.

my doctors office called over 2 weeks ago to get my medical records, just for me to get a call a day before my last appointment to have me request my medical records online and how they cant give them to my doctor who asked for them. I work in the medical field and I am able to give medical records to other offices not quite sure why you cant, how do you guys see your medical records then? Also just to get to the third party medical record site just to need a authorization form requesting the records which i was told that all i need to do is request online nothing else needed so now i have to go 2 hours to my doctors office just to get a form that says im reuqesting my medical records, this is beyond rediculous and unprofessional facility.

My Experiance at TRI VALLEY ORTHOPEDIC was excellent.from the MRI session and therapy communication.all staff was helpful and very nice.

Dr. Roger Dainer is not listening to the patient his communication is very unprofessional. Not recommend him at all.

The lab is so clean, the technician is kind and gentle to the patients. I just had my MRI done and it wasn’t a bad experience because they had a headset for me to wear (with music) and that made me relax. MRI is a very noisy imaging test. The headset really helped a lot. Thank you Tri-Valley Ortho, MRI department.

Katy O’Donnell was absolutely excellent during my examination. She was very good at explaining my previous MRI and showed real compassion about my back and leg pain issues. Katy is one of the very best medical people I have ever encountered. Most sincerely, Sam Smith

My experience was very pleasant. Everyone I had contact with was very polite and helpful. Stephanie..my technician (I believe I have her name right) was very helpful..polite and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable for the procedure. I also appreciated the waiting room not being crowded. Every area was very clean too. It was definitely worth the drive to Tracy to have the procedure done at TriValley Orthopedic.

TriValley Orthopedics in Tracy,Ca is a scam they are hard to contact then your referral expires and they do not want to see you. Then when you do get in contact with them Months later they pick and choose if they want to see you or not. The staff is very rude and inconsiderate.
