Laurie is absolutely excellent. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. I have a better understanding of what is wrong. Billy is an outstanding therapist. He was interested in me and coached me through each exercise. He monitored me throughout and never left me unattended as others did. He listened, encouraged and took a personal interest. I have been to PT about 10 different times in different locations. Laurie and Billy were the best I have ever worked with - by far.

3 months of rehab after a full shoulder replacement and I'm confident that I will make a full recovery. Great people that take pride in what they do! Kelly was great. See you in the Fall for my knee.

Have attempted to schedule several times, and I get hung up on or no response almost every-time (have left voicemails too). I know this is occurring for certain because I called multiple times (15-20 min. intervals) and I kept getting hung up on. I changed to my other phone number and called and they immediately picked up thinking it was someone else. I never have given attitude, issues or disrespect, and actually I have received all three from the receptionist. The few times I was able to get on the call, I was met with attitude when asking questions, and a very disrespectful person for someone who’s job is to answer phones. Should have been done with my therapy weeks ago, don’t recommend this location and won’t be returning until it is restaffed.

I injured my knee to the point of being unable to walk. Within a few weeks after my first session, I was able to walk without a limp. After a few months, they were able to get me back to running. I am forever grateful. Tri-State Physical Therapy will work with you to accomplish your recovery goals. They will listen to you, teach you and guide you back to health.

This place is awful. I wish I could give them a negative star. The front desk receptionists told me that their insurance person said we were not financially responsible because my daughters therapy was a “medical necessity”. 2 months later I received a $800 bill. Awful. And awful customer service in their business office.
