I initially chose Tri-State Orthopedics Physical Therapy because I’m already a patient of their orthopedic doctors, and I thought the convenience and seamless communication between my doctor and physical therapist would support my recovery. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the start, scheduling was challenging. When I called to book my initial appointments, the front office repeatedly suggested I go elsewhere due to the 30-mile distance from my home. Despite explaining the importance of staying in-house for coordinated care, I felt pressured to look for a different facility. The physical therapy itself was ineffective. A month after my surgery, I was still unable to bend beyond 53°, and there was no noticeable improvement in my range of motion. The staff frequently mentioned the need for manipulation but offered little support or guidance to help me progress naturally. Each visit left me feeling frustrated and defeated, like I was more of a bother than a valued patient. My experience at Tri-State Orthopedics Physical Therapy was far from what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone looking for supportive, effective physical therapy!

Two and a half months after TKR I finished physical therapy. The care I received at Tri-State was amazing. Everything was explained clearly and the therapy that had been described to me as excruciating by fellow knee replacement recipients was not at all. I am very satisfied with my result and I would recommend Tri-State to anyone who may have a need.

Very professional and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Great hours and they are very flexible if you need to cancel or change appointments. I would highly recommend Tri-State Physical Therapy.
