I'm all about results, so I waited a couple months after my 3-shot treatment to comment. Saw PA Lesa Lock first. She confirmed my suspicion that I need a knee replacement. We talked about the "lube" shot into the knee. That was what I selected for the near term. She gave me the first shot on the spot. Dr Lock gave me the second a week later, Lesa the third. My knee feels great and functional. Expectation is 9 months to a couple years until my next decision point? Lesa stressed before the first shot that it doesn't work for some people. From the minute I walked in the Bullhead office, I noted the efficiency. The Greeter was on me and took my short paperwork that was mailed to me. I was called in the back immediately by the nurse and saw Lesa in a few minutes. I was out in 45 min. I suspect Ellison is responsible for the no people waiting look in the office? Truly a pleasant experience.

I met with Dr. Lock a few days ago reference a really painful knee problem. I really liked the fact that Dr. Lock explains things and isn't trying to push a knee surgery even though I know that's probably where I'm headed. He educates you and lets you decide whether it's a good option for you. Dr. Lock has a great personality and I feel I will be in good hands if I proceed with surgery.

I interview people during substance use counseling and just the other day I was exchanging personal guidelines to a 65 yr old male with 5 Mos sobriety whose physical and mental health was in poor condition. His noteworthy comment ,"My body and mind have been grossly affected by alcohol abuse. The only part that is not destroyed is the new knee Dr. Lock put in.

I rarely leave reviews, but I must! Thank you so much to Dr Klaumann, and her awesome staff! I really can’t express in word’s what they did for me during such a hard and overwhelming time in my life. Got me right in to be seen, had X-rays done at the office before seeing Dr, I got my surgery scheduled that day for a week out. The surgery scheduler was great! She helped me through my lab work when I forgot my slip, and initially thought she never gave it to me. She did! I completely forgot she did, because of all I was going through! She made sure I had my labs done at the hospital along with my radiology! I can’t tell you how much that meant to me! This was after that big storm in 2022 where we lost power for a few days. EVERYONE I’ve dealt with there has been so kind and patient to me. From the front and check out, to the X-ray tech, and their medical assistant. THANK YOU SO MUCH, EVERYONE! 🥹💖

Michelle klaumann does not have a clue what she is doing after doing my surgery I had a massive infection she did nothing about it. I had to go to another surgeon had a picc line inserted took antibiotics for 8 months almost lost my arm because she was negligent had to have 7 more surgery's from another surgeon also multiple I & D's to help clean the infection. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to Michelle klaumann

I had a collarbone injury, Dr. Klauman surgically implanted two plates, months later the skin had mended/stuck to the plate and klauman personally told me that this was NORMAL. After more time passed, the plate soon broke through the skin exposing my collarbone and plate. I am now in the hospital with a bone infection and will be on an IV drip with antibiotics for 6 weeks hopefully to win the battle of this infection. My reasoning for this post is so that anyone who had been a patient of DR.Klauman’s or is going to be, I would highly suggest getting other opinions.
