I recently visited TRI for some work on my shoulder and hips. After some movement assessments, Sarah did manual therapy on my shoulder which is recovering from a rotator cuff injury. The therapy alleviated some of the aches and pains. Sarah was also great educating me on what I could be doing to help recover and continue to train outside if therapy. The vibe in the office is fun and relaxing. I look forward to future sessions!

T.R.I. has been an integral part of my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Their expertise, experience, patience, and compassion have been so appreciated during the highs and lows of my extensive rehabilitation. Sarah has been my primary therapist, but I have also been treated by Alanna and Bere, and I highly recommend each of them should you have any PT needs. While I hope to not need them in the future, it is comforting to know they are there should the need arise!

T.R.I. PT has been amazing! I am a former D1 athlete and still keep very active across a variety of activities that can be hard on the body (Ironman triathlons, rock climbing, heavy strength training). I've had some sort of shoulder injury that has been plaguing me for about 20 years and finally decided to do something about it. The care provided by Dr. Grey and her team (Dr. Muzzio, Dr. Berengere) is top notch; the clinic is welcoming and it's obvious that patient care is the priority. Dr. Berengere has been helping with my shoulder and she is highly knowledgeable, curious, and attentive. After a thorough assessment during my first appointment, she was prepared with a highly specific treatment plan for my second. My shoulder is already starting to feel better and she's actively preparing me to maintain progress in real life. Looking forward to my shoulder feeling good for the first time in two decades!

Alanna has been my PT now for over a year. In that time she has not only helped me through a very painful upper back issue and improve my strength and form when running, she has also more recently helped me to be a lot more comfortable after I went over the handlebars of my mountain bike, bruising my chest. She sees my body as a whole instead of individual injuries or issues, and as an athlete herself brings another level of perspective and understanding to the rigors that come with training and racing. I have also seen Melissa, who's manual therapy has worked woanders on my neck, and can't wait to book a massage with Shirley! Alanna has worked hard to make sure that her facility is a place of calm comfort and healing. With COVID they have modified their already stringent cleanliness policies to include immediate handwashing/sanitizing and temperature monitoring on entry. They have adorable clean/dirty identifiers so that anything that a patient has touched is identified and then immediately cleaned and prepped for the next patient. If for some reason you are either uncomfortable or unable to go to the facility in person, there is a telehealth option, where they have come up with some pretty creative ways to facilitate your PT session. All in all I am so happy to have found Alanna and TRI Physical Therapy, and am soooo happy to recommend them to anyone who is in need of a PT!

TRI is incredible. Dr Alanna Grey and team specialize in not just getting your body part fixed, but showed me that there is a recovery past just pain called "back to sport". When I walked in 10 months ago, I had knee pain and my shoulder could barely hold anything. I learned how posture is so important and I focused on it multiple times a day. I'm happy to report that I am now shoulder pain free, and my body naturally holds itself up with great posture! I also learned that physical therapy is not a linear line, and you will have set backs, but just continue to make progress and do the work things will improve. I give TRI my strongest recommendation!

Alanna is the best physical therapist I have ever been too. She is very caring, very hands on. I would strongly recommend her.
