I love Tri Fit! Their therapists are professional, kind and knowledgeable and they take their time getting to know you and understand your injury. They work with you in their studio and give you various exercises and stretches to do at home to help with your healing. Their facility and equipment are immaculate. I never wait, they get me started as soon as I walk in the door. I would highly recommend them for your physical therapy care.

Tri Fit was highly recommended by locals/clients and medical professionals. I had great confidence following a thorough first visit which included medical history, injury history and questions about general well being. Injuries resolved, but importantly I left with recommended exercise and fitness plans to avoid future injuries. Tri Fit provided videos and other tools with step by step exercise instructions. Celeste is great and the entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Facility is clean, bright and always has a positive energy. Special shout out to Sarah, Ryan and Casey.

I came to this place as a very active athlete who had just got into a bad car accident. I will never find the words to fully explain how much they helped me in every way possible. Every single worker there was dedicated to helping me get better even if I wasn’t working with them specifically. I have already seen how much of a better athlete I am, just from going here. They helped me get back in shape and made me even better. I would recommend this physical therapy place to every single person I know, athlete or not. They are amazing here and I can never fully thank them for how much they did for me!!

Definitely the best PT facility in the area! It’s very comfortable and clean. They treat you like family from day 1, meeting all your personal needs/goals. I worked with Sarah who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me heal way quicker than expected!

I have been to the practice a few times. Shoulder injury and lower back pain. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They take time to listen the patient. They explain exactly how and why you are performing the stretches or exercises.

Celeste and the Tri Fit Physical Therapy team offer an unparalleled level of service, care, and attention. After a heavy snowboarding season I had a bad case of golfer's elbow and tried every home remedy I could Google to heal it. Eventually, after much frustration, I came to see Celeste and team for some help. Celeste sat with me for an hour working the elbow through massage, stretching, electric stimulation, heat, ice, and more and I can now say my elbow feels better than it has in months. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I found the physical therapy that was provided here was very beneficial in alleviating symptoms. The training provided by the owner (to perform homework between PT sessions) was also very good. I have since switched allegiances and am visiting another PT clinic in Setauket, where there is more equipment, the staff is larger, and where I have yet to be put on a Stim Machine, a device which I have come to believe is a "baby sitter" for many PT practitioners.

Have been going here for over a year, fantastic service by the therapists and even better people. Overall a great PT practice for injuries of any kind, highly recommend.
