Tri-County Medical Imaging Services

This radiology service refuses to submit test results to qualified medical rehabilitation and physical therapy service. Release forms were signed at the time of service for this purpose. These services are unable to provide the proper service without access to patient information. Repeated attempts to obtain these needed results are resulting in physical therapy to perform their services.
