Tri-City Physical Therapy

Great staff. Super knowledgeable, helpfull and actually listen to get to the root of issues. A little understaffed, it seems. Staff has to bounce back and forth between clients. Parking is limited, and you can not park across the parking lot due to business needing their spaces.

My doctor gave me a referral to go to this place for some Physical Therapy sessions. I never been there before, so I drove there to get my first appointment. I was welcomed by someone at the counter who started right away to ask for my insurance information, without asking why I was there, or who refereed me to this place. Well, as soon as I showed my insurance card (which I am sure they hate for some reason), the welcoming woman right away told me that they were ultra booked, and that they cannot take me in. She then gave me a card to another location instead from Tri-City, and that was all. So, I left. Yes, I went to the other location expecting the same rude welcoming, but this time I was much nicely greeted and treated, and got an appointment right away for my sessions.

I have been to them for back pain and they were not able to diagnose my problem. They said I don’t need a X-ray but I was diagnosed with slip disc later on. I did not get any focused attention as therapists change after every session. There is no sense of ownership and commitment. I have struggled for weeks with no significant improvements and guidance. I will definitely not recommend this and wish I would have never wasted my time with them.

Been coming here for a while. Great staff. Everyone's always happy here and they call you by name. I feel very comfortable here - even when she brings out the big massaging "machine" or when I'm told to "arch your back"!!....I really try not to, but I can't help but crack up!

I am glad to say that I have received the finest customer service by their whole staff at this place. They all are very nice, patient and professional. Couldn’t get the names of other team members but Michael and his whole team is awesome. I just want to thank them all for taking care of my lower back pain. :)

Tri City Physical Therapy Center is the best after surgery and strengthening physical therapy center I have ever been too. What may seem as a fast paced environment, is truly a personal plan based therapy center. I have exceeded my doctors expectations thanks to all of the Tri City Physical Therapy family.

Sessions typically last only 30-40 min in opposed to 55 min for a one-hour session as many other physical therapy providers do. Service is of decent quality, just cut too short.

Been there twice first time my experience seem to help me get back on my feet the second time the first visit she had me do things that made me worse my doctor said that physical therapy should help me with my arthritis in my back pains the exercises inflamed my joints and it's been two days now and I have been from about A 7 on Pain Scale up to about 9 or 10 so this is definitely not helping me this time
