Tri-City Health Group

The place looks like it's out of business from the outside. And for the inside is about the same I don't know if the air conditioner was not working but it didn't feel like it was any air conditioning on🫤 the waiting room is super small no way. 👎🏼👎🏼.

I am presently seeing a doctor at tri city health group. I agree with other post when they say the staff are rude. Not all are rude but overwhelmed with patients. They schedule 40 plus appointments daily and treat us patients like cattle. They also have a problem with getting the prescriptions to the pharmacy electronically. Sometimes it takes 4 days to be able to pick up prescriptions. Also they give an appointment time but it is first come first serve. This place is all about volume of patients for volume of dollars. 01/30/23 UPDATE: Just to prove it, I got a prescription last Week and the pharmacy will not fill it. They said that the doctor's office needed to update the prescription info because it's been over a year since they last updated my info. So I call the doctors office and they said it would be another 11 days before the doctor will be back. So no prescription for me. My doctor specializes in pain management he said. I guess he needs to know how much pain I can take until I get a new doctor. Far as I can see, This place will never over come there incompetent employees and procedures.

Ive had two cases where they’ve sent me here and the staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and professional.

If I could give negative stars I would. This clinic has the most disrespectful staff. The staff supervisor is very rude. Very unorganized office, they give you an appointment at a certain time, but then you won’t be seen till the end of the day. They will see other patients who get there late, and everyone else who shows up on time are the ones who have to wait. They treat Hispanic elderly people the worst. Honestly I’ve never experience this at any other clinic.

Thanks to the staff I was helped to recover from an injury caused by work and lifestyle. There is wait time due to many patients and its best to park far. However they are definitely trying their best to get you attended and back to work.

All the tri city health groups are run by a guy who only cares about the money in his pocket not your health. He’s not a physician. He’s a chiropractor but he won’t correct people if they call him a physician. He will let them continue to think it. 90% of the staff are rude. I would not go here.

The wait is ridiculous with appointment 1-3 to be called. And the staff is not the friendliest. They are rude and unpleasant. They should learn how to deal with patient.

The only good thing about this 3rd rate medical care is James the physical therapist. This is a place where the state sends you for workers comp. Don't expect great medical care. 5 stars for James zero stars for the rest of the place.
