Dana and her staff are amazing! Not only are they super friendly, but they are very efficient with their appointments and scheduling. I started going to Dana after I wasn’t getting relief from my shoulder surgery after about seven months of healing. She used a dry needling technique that really helped to promote the blood flow. I noticed a big relief in my pain and mobility. Also, I decided to do some laser treatments and it also seems to really have helped. I’m thrilled to say I am actually back to playing tennis, something I wasn’t sure was going to be possible.

I’ve had mild to moderate lower back pain for at least two years. When it became constant, I saw three different healthcare professionals before coming to see Dana and they offered no relief. When I say that her treatment plan of my pain was miraculous, I really mean it. I had immediate relief after the first visit of therapy and dry needling and complete relief after just three visits. The exercises she showed me also corrected what I was doing wrong so I can continue to help myself. Dana is so knowledgeable, so professional, and I am so incredibly thankful for how she has helped me!

Dr. Dana is great! I’ve been seeing her for the past few weeks to help me recover from nagging hip pain that was making it difficult to run. I love to run, so it was really frustrating not to be able to. She did a thorough assessment, identified the problem right away, and started treatment. My hip started to feel better very quickly. She also made some suggestions based on my running data and showed me exercises to do. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she is and how passionate she is about what she does. Between in-office treatments, taking her advice about my cadence, and doing the exercises she suggested, I’m already making a lot of progress. In fact, I ran yesterday and it felt great. I’ve had nagging injuries similar to this before and they usually take forever to heal but this time Dana made the process so much faster. So glad I found her! Thank you!

Dr. Dana and her staff are welcoming and encouraging. Dr. Dana created a specific plan for my rehab and taught me how to maintain a strong body and avoid future injuries. She is knowledgeable, innovative and a very caring soul. She will always be my #1 PT whenever my body needs some repair. :)

Dana, her team and environment are beyond friendly, supportive, and most of all POSITIVE! I have underwent many injures with my back, knee, and recently underwent ankle surgery. I’m a young competitive soccer player and going through this recovery seriously wouldn’t have been possible without them. She is so beyond creative, I was doing so much even being limited to non weight baring for 6 weeks. I am have now returned to soccer feeling so strong and supported. Me my mom and my sister all go to Transitions PT because we know that she will take excellent care of us and walk out a better mood then we came in with. They are all very enthusiastic and see the bright side of any situation and that’s what me and my family love about this place. If your looking for a PT to be there with you and support you while also pushing you Dana and her team are the ones your looking for.

Dana, Porter and her whole team are so wonderful, friendly, informative, and supportive! I was suffering from hamstring tendonitis, I called it yoga butt. I was starting yoga teacher training very soon when I realized I was injured, so I looked for an excellent PT who could help me recover as fast as possible. Dana did not disappoint, she was so informative and answered all my questions, gave me so much extra information that has helped me improve my mobility and strength in my legs, ankles, and hips that went far beyond my actual injury. She's super funny and fast-paced and overall has awesome enthusiastic energy. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area who needs a PT or just wants to address areas of concern or older injuries such as herniated discs, low back pain, pinched nerves, tendonitis, spraining, any sport injury. It sounds like she works a lot with runners, and fortunately her expertise with regard to running injuries helped me with my injury, so I recommend her for yogis as well!!
