If I could give a minus minus score, I would! The office smells awful, a combo of rotten garlic and body odor. Female doctor needs improvement on her bedside manner. Knowledge on alleviating pain is minimal, the best she could offer was ibuprofen or cortisone injection both I am not able too have. Her attitude was degrading towards me because of my allergic reaction too the mentioned meds. Quite frankly, I am better off with following a holistic way with gentle exercise and trying cbd. Don't waste your time at this office.

Dr. Is great. But office staff is horrible. The young girl is disrespectful and unprofessional. She wants to argue and hang up on you when you request information. Never had that before. I think substance abuse issues. Just not a pleasant experience.

Good Dr with good intentions. Been seeing Dr Zheng off & on for pain treatmen and management. Our only disagreement is on my pain meds and dosages. Other than that I wouldn't want any other Dr shoving needles in me or performing detailed spinal epidurals.

Before going to Tracy pain and rehabilitation I was going to Concentra w Fremont St and that's why I've been working with Dr Bai since 2020 , he does what I ask him unlike Dr Engleman @ Concentra urgent care arch Rd?

Terrible staff. My mother leaves message after message and doesn't get a call back. Old lady there is very rude & doctor only cares about getting paid. Finding a new doctor for my mother asap.

Horrible office no one ever answers the phone they left a patient neglected and in pain for over two weeks without even returning any of our calls or answering their phone anytime we did call we are looking to file a complaint with whoever is in charge because the not being able to contact the doctor when they are needed is a serious issue

This woman should not have a license to practice Medicine. Please stay away!! My experience with her was horrific.
