Tracy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Hello I Want to advise that this place is not 100% active why I've been there with my mother multiple times and I see the nurses are not paying attention To my mom and two other people who are staying there for different situations it's not right and it's not fair. This is a big complain that the nurses Take hours to come and see what is going on with them. I just want to let you know advice you that is not safe, place For your family members.. And there is one person that I admire his name is Daniel. He's a good person. I've seen him with a lot Work doing his best but I see other nurses that they're not doing great. I wish to know where I can report all this bad for not doing great in this place. Thank you.

I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could for Trudy, the social services/ discharge planner. Literally sent home a 77 yo woman with a broken knee to live on her own knowingly, and then tried to gaslight my husband and I into thinking that this was the plan all along. When trying to talk with them, they gave immediate attitude and were completely toxic and hostile. They also lied to the doctor about them going home to family. I'm unsure how they've made it this far in their career, to be honest. Will be looking into legal advice on how to proceed. The home itself and other workers are well enough, but Trudy's ineptitude makes me give this poor rating. Please, if you care about your loved ones who need a nursing home, do NOT send them here.

Tracy Nursing and Rehab staff are very caring and good at what they do - taking care of people. They are very cautious during this time which I really appreciate. The facility is really clean and they call all the residents by their names which is appreciated by them. Very lucky they have regular staff!

My mom has been a patient there for 2.5 years. She has always been taken care of with respect and caring nurses. The whole staff is amazing and they work with the family. Her doctor is the best! I never have any concerns when I'm not there because I know she's well taken care of. The grounds and rooms are always immaculate.

Absolutely fantastic place; we are so pleased with how they treated my grandmother. The standard of care is excellent, and they make sure every patient is their priority. The staff is very well trained, friendly, willing to explain, and make it seem more like a spa than a nursing facility — which definitely helps with the mental aspect of recovery. Everything is clean and neat, up-to-date, and well lit. She was given plenty of options for entertainment and even got to go to Mass while there, which definitely put her in a better frame of mind for recovery. It was so nice to be able to visit in person and they did an wonderful job concerning the COVID-19 protocols and health & safety of their patients and visitors. I cannot thank you all enough for helping her get back on her feet. ❤️

i had my love ones stayed to tracy nursing and rehab following after hip surgery. his stay there was excellent, excellent staff and excellent rehab experienced, it helped him a lot for his fast and excellent recovery, right now he is driving his car and back to the community. I thank you Tracy Nursing and Rehab thumbs up !!!!

This building is fantastic. The nurses and aides were caring and responsive to my requests and questions. It was alway clean and tidy. The rehab team was terrific and provided good therapy daily. I highly recommend Tracy Nursing and Rehab Center!!!

We've been very impressed with the facility's cleanliness, no bad oders, rooms are lovely with soft blue-gray walls & curtains. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. My 94 yr old mom-in-law is there to get rehab & regain strength since having surgery for a broken hip. So after being in bed for 9 days, it's great seeing your PT's getting her up with great compassion, & giving her good exercises to strengthen her very weak legs. We'd certainly recommend your facility to anyone.
