Everyone who works here is wonderful. They are all so caring helpful And kind. There is always a feeling of true concern for your well being coming from everyone. They all work hard to fix the problem you have and listen to all your concerns. I cannot say enough good things about this Physical Therapy establishment. Cliff Brett and Martin are just the best! And front desk is always willing to help with scheduling and any other issues that arise with billing, insurance, etc.

I'm so happy with the PT, Dr. Brett, their assistant, & Maria. It is so nice to feel welcomed. I have neck and back problems. Today, Dr. Brett relieved so much of my pain. I can actually turn my neck to the side, without moving my entire body. I was going to another PT facility, however, I did not feel the PT was helping my condition. So glad I decided to come here. Thank you to the entire staff, you have an awesome team.

I have received PT over 7 months for my frozen shoulder issues at Emerson The place is well organized and all of the staff are friendly, happy, and helpful. Just positive. The team at Town Physical Therapy Emerson are the best in the biz. It’s pretty hard to find a welcoming yet professional environment for PT and they do it so effortlessly. I came in with ongoing issues to my ankle due to years of competitive sports and have never felt better.

Great experience with all the staff. First time I walked in I could hardly move my neck from a pinched nerve suffered in a fall. It was physical therapy or surgery. Glad to say I never needed to have surgery because of Emerson Physical Therapy.

Friendly, competent, attentive, and thorough staff! Highly recommend this facility! Edit: a few months later, and I just had to elaborate on my experience, as I am so grateful. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder in March, and began treatment with Cliff, Dr. Brett, and all of the wonderful technicians, shortly thereafter. I am amazed to think back on my limitations from the the winter vs. now. I had to limit exercise, driving, lifting anything, etc.; I could not put a coat on with both arms or wear a back pack; I would have to lie down after any outing because of the strain on my shoulder and neck. All of these issues are almost entirely remediated today. Physical therapy, and this team, specifically, have truly changed my quality of life so much. The treatment requires patience, a reasonable time commitment, and some limited (productive) pain. All of this is made so much easier when interacting with such a wonderful, competent, and empathic staff. I could not speak more highly!

Been seeing them for close to 6 weeks now and it’s absolutely an amazing environment and would recommend to anyone looking. I’ve gone there in bad moods and they leave you coming out smiling, super amazing group of people working who keep it fun as well as informative, I look forward to seeing the team each week!
